Was at this clinic nearly 4 hrs. Waiting on Dr France. This was a shame and frankly I feel my time was of no value. This clinic needs to remind Dr France of professionalism and how to run a business. There is no return customer here! I have had surgical procedures faster than this simple appointment .

I have been taking all five of my sons to this clinic for over ten years. Dr. Lu is an amazing doctor who is thorough and will do anything in her power to find someone who suffers from allergies and asthma the relief that they deserve. Dr. Ruddell is also a good doctor. However, the customer service needs work! In my ten years at this clinic, I have never had anyone treat me the way WENDY, from billing did this morning. I was so upset upon my departure that I called back to remind her that this is a place of business, and that there are many amazing doctors in the city of Little Rock. She needed to know that her attitude could be the deciding factor between this clinic and others

Showed up 3 minutes late, but still 27 minutes before the clinic closes. I was told that I could not get my shot because the reports had already been run (I'm not exactly sure what that means . . . I guess I'm just a number on a report). I had to repeat a shot as a result for missing a dose. While I do realize the importance of having a COB, it never hurts to show kindness and compassion to a patient or anyone. Really, it's the small things in life that count...like administering to those in need even if they are a few minutes late.

Just go to a allergist that let's you do the shots at home trying to get weekly shots with these people is a joke their closed half the time and done give a damn to tell anyone, all they want to do is take your money and keep you there they really don't care if you actually get better

My 3* is for the great care I've received there over all the years I've gone there with Dr. Lu. She found the perfect combination of medication for me; the new doctor I was turned over to attempted to change one but is not going to go through since she made the better call and put specific instructions not to change my treatment. The -2 * is for all the complaints below on customer service and treatment of patients by other personnel each and every person that works somewhere is responsible for the care of that patient they're part of it and each also holds his responsibility of keeping those patients doctors can be amazing but if the people they work with are not then those people that are not; cost those doctors money by driving away patients. So here's to hoping the ratings and the reviews help make Little Rock allergy and asthma the place that I've experienced up until the new doctor. Best wishes to Little Rock allergy and asthma to taking these comments seriously and listening to the people they treat.

I was since in the clinic on April 10th. I was tested and was told what I was allergic to and that I had asthma. I was given a sample of a 14 day inhaler. I was told that they would call 2 inhalers and a nose spray into my pharmacy. I went to Phamacy the next day to pick up my medicine. It hadn't been called in. So I called the clinic. I checked with the pharmacy the following day it still hadn't been called in. I called the clinic again. I did this 3 more times. My pharmacist called twice. I was told every time a nurse would call me back. I never got a call from anyone. Well it's 10 days later and my medicine still has NOT been called in!! I do not recommend this clinic and I will not be going back. I will also tell my referring doctor how terrible this clinic is and that he shouldn't refer anyone there.

The young lady at the check in desk was extremely nice and helpful. The nurse and the asthma specialist were very professional and patient with me. Dr Carl Sitz answered all my questions and helped with additional information. I feel very comfortable with their recommendations and extremely satisfied with my appointment.

At the Pine Bluff office (which is the only place we go) all the staff are so nice and very helpful. They treat their patients like they’ve known them forever. We love all of them including Dr Scheer. He really cares about his patients and listens to my daughter’s every word even when she talks about her school, friends, sports, etc. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else.

From the moment I approached the front desk, at least two workers volunteered to help me. All employees with whom I interacted were professional, helpful, and nice. I took off one star because of the wait once I was in a room, but that’s why I bring a book. My expectation of a wait is 30 minutes, and it was twice that. But is rather a doctor spend time if the patient needs it.

Dr. Sitz spends a great deal of time, and genuinely listens to the concerns my husband and I have regarding the allergies from which our son suffers. The office had an organized system for injections. Our son quickly made it to maintenance. This was important to us, as we enjoy traveling.

I understand that these are specialized doctors and wait times can be long, so I wasn’t upset when I had to schedule my appointment 6 weeks in advance. I also wasn’t upset when I was called the day before my appointment to be told that the doctor had a medical emergency, after all, life happens. But I was upset when I was told I’d have to wait another month to see the doctor and that there wasn’t anything they could do to see me earlier than that. Instead I called Advanced Allergy and they had an appointment open only one week from today. So if you want to be waiting around for 4-6 weeks in pain, and then have to deal with a staff that doesn’t care about its patients if you need to reschedule, then go to LR Allergy and Asthma. Otherwise, call around because I can almost guarantee you you can get allergy tested sooner somewhere else

The Dr we saw there was great at listening to all the things my son has going on with his allergies as well. We were in and out fast, had tests done and the staff we very nice and patient. I don't like driving to Little Rock but this clinic was worth the drive.
