I have been a patient at Lifesprings for almost 5 years. They have a wonderful staff. I have always felt welcome and been treated great. During my pregnancy they were great to get me in quickly and I always received the best care for me and my son! Dr.Schmitz was my OB, but was on vacation when my son came a month early and Dr. Hannah delivered. Words are not enough to share how great that office is, I have also been seen by Lorie Oswalt and she is so professional and made me comfortable in the office.

Dr. Katie Beal is such an awesome OBGYN! She was so kind and supportive throughout my whole pregnancy journey. She was always on top of every situation that arose and took the necessary steps to correct it and/or make me better. Her staff was great as wellI! Everyone is so nice. I've had 4 previous pregnancies (in other cities) but my most recent pregnancy with Dr. Beal was by far the best experience ever! I've never felt so comfortable and confident during my entire pregnancy! If you're looking for a warm, kind and all around great OB, you should definitely choose Dr. Beal. (She's located at the Bentonville and Rogers location)

The Doctor was really good . Giving a Rating of 5/5 . The Front-desk receptionist [ the young lady with Specs ] needs to be given a session on how not to behave to patients .Not going into much details , its fine , if you don't know things , but at-least u should have the courtesy to check with peers or seniors and not just assume things and give weird responses to patients causing them lot of head-ache and trouble . Giving a rating of 0/5 for receptionist . The reputation of the hospital not just depends on the Doctors and nurses , its a collective effort and front-desk also plays an important role. So going with 2 rating .

I came her for mg first prenatal check. They did an ultrasound and we saw a HB. The NP was great but also worried me a lot as a first time mom. I moved after my first appt & it was a battle getting my records. My new OB just had to redraw my labs.

I have been going to this clinic since 2007. I was 19 when I got pregnant and terrified. All the staff nurses and Dr. Schmitz made me feel so good about myself and that I could do this not matter what❤️ They have a love for their work not just a job to them. Lori is always so kind. I had both my babies with him and now 32. I wouldn’t go to anyone else ever because of how amazing he is and this place. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend

Dr. Schmitz & his nurses are by far the best in NWA. He takes his time with patients, tells you what you need to hear (not necessarily what you want to hear), is super knowledgeable, always able to answer all my questions, very nice, and experienced. When you call the office to ask the nurses question they always call you back in a timely manner. I could go on all day about how great he and his team are. A few specifics : My baby didn't turn (got stuck head up) and without hesitation he told me his plan to do an external version, although I was skeptical & suggested just doing a C-section closer to my due date, he told me he wanted to try as hard as possible to get me to deliver naturally as its the safest way. I'm so glad he did this and so glad I trusted him because he performed it flawlessly. When I did go into labor a few weeks later, my labor progressed a little quicker than everyone thought. The nurse called him & told him it was time, he literally ran from Lifespring to Northwest Hospital to make sure he delivered my baby girl. This guy is amazing! Won't go anywhere else!

I can't believe that you refuse to see people just because my insurance is cancelled at the moment and i was told 2 appointments for today was going to be 800 and my insurance would back date that but that i had to pay that thats insane hope to god my baby is fine this was my 20 week appointment

I cannot recommend Dr Hannah and his staff more. The girls at the front desk and check out desk are very business like, but they have a job to do and I appreciate them. I will say that yesterday I was there waiting to go back and I let the receptionist know I'd be in the restroom in case I was called, another patient went in the bathroom ahead of me and the receptionist saw what happened. Instead of watching me wait, she walked me to the bathroom in the back. All the nurses have always been great, talking and visiting and really getting to know me. And I cannot say enough about Dr Hannah. He's one of the most compassionate Drs I've ever met. Her isn't arrogant or pushy like some, he'll listen to you and really try to go along with your wishes. He also gives the most gentle exam you'll ever have. I've recommended him to all my friends and family and I will again.

Dr.Fry has delivered both of my children. 6 years ago she was great, now, not so much. It seems she is burnt out on her job and her patients are no longer people but just another appointment to get in and out of. I was terribly ill in the hospital when I had my 2nd child and begged for treatment (antibiotics). She gave me Sudafed instead. After being sent home BOTH my children caught my illness. We all ended up on antibiotics (including my NEWBORN). And I lost my milk supply entirely so was unable to breastfed my baby (I wasn't able to reestablish it either). She took so much away from me. I regret choosing her as my OB and will never be stepping foot into that facility again.

All the dr.s are great, but can’t say the same about front desk or billing! I paid them upfront for my prenatal care, but then my dr moved location. I followed her, so I wanted a refund on what I had paid them upfront. I have yet to hear from them. To top it off they denied me service because I chose to follow my dr! They still have my money, but yet deny me service! Ridiculous the least they can do is refund me what was paid of front for the remainder of the months i am no longer with that clinic!

She has amazing bedside manner, and took such good care of me...even coming to deliver my baby in the middle of the night when she wasn't the dr. on call. She also was able to deliver my 2nd child with severe should dystocia after several different maneuvers.

After several losses I changed to LifeSpring when I became pregnant earlier this year. Dr Fry is amazing! She went the extra mile to make sure any concerns I had, no matter how small, were put at ease. When I went into labor with my daughter, Dr Schmitz was on call and immediately called for an emergency c section when my daughters heart rate continued to drop and she became stuck after 9 hours of no progress.

I've had the BEST experience with Lifespring since day 1. I unfortunately had to find a new OB at 35 weeks pregnant because my doctor lost his rights to deliver at our local hospitals. A remembered a friend talking about Lifespring so I gave them a call not know if they would take a new patient let alone one that was 35 weeks pregnant. Much to my surprise they got me in with Dr. Schmitz and he was fantastic. I was nervous because I was putting my life and my new baby's' life in the hands of a stranger. He took all the nervousness away from the moment I met him. He was caring and gentle. He took precautions he thought was necessary because of my high blood pressure. He put me on bed rest at 37 weeks and induced me at 38 weeks. He was amazing the entire time during delivery especially with my son having a knot in his cord and it wrapped around his neck. Dr. Schmitz helped him enter into this world safely all while keeping me safe (high blood pressure). That was 5 years ago. I've been back yearly since and have always gotten great care from the front desk staff, to the nurses, to Dr. Schmitz. They definitely deserve a 5 star in my book! :)

My experience here was short lived, I myself work in a fast pace medical office and understand it can be stressful at times. However, the front office staff there are so rude an unprofessional! I was repeatedly put on hold mid sentence and when I left multiple messages I would not receive call backs! It's a real shame too because the doctors and nursing staff are amazing but I had such a difficult time trying to get through on the phone and get a call back and felt I was not a priority, even after stopping in to try and resolve the issue and having the front office dismiss me for over 30 min that it has caused me to find another Doctor....

I struggled with infertility and miscarriages for several years before finding Dr Schmitz at LifeSpring. He happened to be on call when I ended up in the ER with my 2nd miscarriage. He was encouraging in a time when we had almost lost hope. I switched to him immediately and 7 months later I was pregnant after an in office IUI. My baby boy went into distress during labor- which Dr Schmitz handled wonderfully and I was able to deliver my baby without a csection. His nurses and staff are very helpful and prompt. I also highly recommend all of the nurse practitioners at LifeSpring- you really can't go wrong with any of the medical staff there and will receive more personal attention there than other offices in my experience.

I have been going to LifeSpring for over 5 years now. I love Dr Fry and Lori Oswalt! They both are amazing, knowledgeable, kind and have amazing clinic/bedside care! The nurses are wonderful as well. The front desk staff is hit or miss. Sometimes there are no issues with them and other times they can be somewhat rude and cut you off if you're calling. I've never had any issues with the front desk staff when I have actually been there in person. I have had one pregnancy with them and all other female care. I never had any doubts or concerns while my care was in their hands. Hands down the best women's clinic around!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for top notch care in all female aspects!

I was obviously a first time mom and still young (21) and they never made me feel inferior. Dr. Fry has been my OB since that very first appointment and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! She was there for every one of my appointments, and even did our gender reveal ultrasound (the ultrasound tech was busy that day and we weren't supposed to have an ultrasound)! She always went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I both knew what was going on from the start of my pregnancy all the way up until she did my emergency c-section. Now we are planning for baby number two and the staff has taken great care of me! Brandi Alexander (Nurse practitioner) is who I saw this week and she is equally as friendly and knowledgeable. I do not regret choosing this clinic two years ago and I would recommend it to everyone! Thank you Lifespring Staff!
