I went in today to get some areas on my hand and face looked at. The wait time was 5 min. Awesome!!! The nurses were Awesome and had compassion. Awesome!!! They looked me over and had to remove some areas on my hand that may be a problem, so they are now testing it for cancer. This is a concern with me because my family all have some kind of skin cancer. Do to a bad experience before at another dr. I did not go and have it looked at. My mistake. I am glad my husband did push me to go and get it checked out. Glad I did. Very happy with my experience with this clinic. I will refer every person I can with skin problems. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful experience.

I heard good reviews so after struggling with my daughter’s acne I tried an appointment. the facial treatment was a lot to keep up with for an adult no less a young girl BUT it’s been 2 weeks and we don’t have to worry about the $100 appointment because the cleanser that was recommended is on back order as well as the perception cream and another cream that was to be mail ordered to me has yet to come in so basically a rum around that has not been productive....still waiting.

Rare I give a place 5 stars but they earn it. They are very helpful and friendly. Dr. Hammonds was my doctor and was very friendly and humorous. Made the surgical procedure very easy and quick. Highly recommend them.

I always liked the staff but over the last year I have had nothing but problems. Mostly from Karen Skinner. A staff member made a mistake with my insurance. I have asked Karen four times via written letter to process the insurance per the insurance companies instructions. Karen has refused to do so. She has sent me a few letters in the mail that were extremely unprofessional and rude.All she wanted to do was claim it was a he said/she said error. Yet it was a very simple fix. The last letter from them states she is "dismissing" me as a client because she claims I was verbally abusive when I called last week to speak to Dr. King himself. That's a lie! I was never verbally abusive to anyone on the phone. And I wasn't speaking to Karen any way. The last person I talked to was Donna. Donna was very nice, very apologetic about Karen's rude behavior. I told her twice it's not her fault, I just don't want to deal with Karen Skinner any more. She refused to do what the insurance company requested. Why was this so hard for her to understand and follow instructions. I hate to tell Karen, but because of her there was no way on this planet I was ever going to visit King Dermatology again. She totally wasted a stamp mailing such a ridiculous letter. So if you are considering visiting them, make sure you double check that they have your insurance correct because they will not accept any responsibility for human error. I really wish Dr. King would have called me, I doubt he even knows about this or got my message. Karen needs to be fired. She is very unprofessional and lacks respect in many ways.

I went to have on a couple separate occasions fillers and botox and came to the conclusion that Dr. King does not like constructive criticism even though the point of that is to make the patient happy.and reach their goal after spending a significant amount of money. Not at all personable, he doesn't smile, very awkward bedside manner so to speak. What I done I feel is mediocre and I would not recommend him for the above reasons
