Ladies at the front desk were so helpful and sweet! My son had a blast playing with the toys in the waiting area and when he got called back the ladies back there and Dr. Jana were so attentive and good with him! Definitely recommend!

First time taking my 16 month old for a cleaning and it was a great experience. Front desk was extremely courteous, patient and welcoming. The lobby is so clean which I noticed right away. Got called rather quickly and Deidra was excellent. She was patient with my son and very nice. I’m so glad I chose this location. Staff is great!!

I Love this dental office. Deidra is great with my girls. My little one is hard to deal with and made a horrific mess and she acted as nothing. I am so sorry for Katie's actions. Great staff here.

Great first visit for my 3.5 year old! He hates the doctor, but he wasn’t scared at all today. He got good pictures of his teeth and he was all smiles the whole time. I was amazed! Becca was so sweet to him and made him feel comfortable! And they got us in and out so quickly! I had my 11 month old with me and was nervous about how long it may take, but the appointment was at 9:00. We got there at 8:55 (did paperwork online before) and we’re out by 9:35. Amazing!

Had such a great experience today. My daughter is so scared of new things, certain sounds and vibrations scare her. Dr. Jana and her crew were AMAZING! They took the time to get on her level and calm her fears and wr actually made it though the ENTIRE cleaning without a complete meltdown! Very warm staff. Accommodating of all children , waiting room is colorful and lots of toys to play with. Has large tv for children to watch. Dentists and dental assistants are super nice and go above and beyond for my child (who has high functioning autism).

This experience was AMAZING!!! My 4 y/o is absolutely terrified of the dentist and the staff made his first visit here much easier. The front office staff was professional and super nice!!! The dental hygienist was so patient and gentle with my son. When he would get anxious she would stop and hold his hands and talk calmly to him to settle him down. The dentist was great and very informative. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice and welcoming! As a parent it is refreshing to see people that take the extra time to make sure your child is comfortable. They don’t rush you in and out. Overall a great experience!

Today my boys had an appointment with Dr Jana. First they called me and asked me to come in at 10:30 instead of my scheduled time at 11. This is the second time that has happened. The first time was during a school day. I scheduled their appointment late in the afternoon to avoid checking them out of school. I rescheduled their tutoring session that day just for that dentist appointment. They called me 1 hour before their appointment and asked if I could come in at 2:30 instead of the scheduled time. I told them no because I didn’t want to check them out and because I went out of my way to reschedule their after school activities for that day. I had to tell them no more than once until they finally said we’ll just have to reschedule. I gave in and went to check my kids out. They wanted me to come in early because “the weather is gonna be bad later and some of us drive in to work “. There was rain in the forecast, nothing crazy, nothing severe , just rain. I ended up rescheduling because their were problems checking them out of school since it was short notice and the schools have cut off times for checkout. It was a big inconvenience. Today’s visit: the hygienist (I don’t remember her name) that cleaned my oldest sons teeth rushed through the process. She cleaned them good but she wasn’t suctioning him properly. He told me she wouldn’t let him breathe. I heard her tell him to breath through his nose. He told me he was but the water was choking him. She should’ve noticed that and suctioned him as needed. Dedra cleaned my youngest sons teeth. He just turned 7 and has anxiety about the dentist. He doesn’t like pain. You would think they would be more understanding but they are just impatient with him. He didn’t want the “mouth opener “ in his mouth. He agreed to keep his mouth open while she cleaned but he kept tensing up. She would tap him on the lip with her finger or hand to get him to open up. She did it several times. Dr Jana just seems fake to me. She has a fake plastic smile every time I see her. She explained to me that they couldn’t do sealants since He wasn’t being cooperative and I appreciate that. But then she got this look on her face like she couldn’t wait to get out of the room with us as she walked out. I’m gonna find them a new dentist.

I took my child here to be treated for a couple of cavities I had noticed. The nurses were very nice young ladies. Then in comes the dentist. She takes one look and starts naming things to do (including pulling molars in my 3 year old). Tells me we will be going to a hospital to have all of the work done. Makes notes that almost every tooth will have to be worked on and then sends us on to the front for price quoting. WITH INSURANCE, $4027.00 and that's just for her part. We would still have to pay our medical insurance deductible at the hospital. They say they'll call me with a hospital date and send us out the door. 4 months later, they still haven't called with a hospital date. Which is fine. We won't step foot in there again. My child has all of her teeth still and another dentist capped the couple of problem areas. We paid $900. No more issues.

The staff are friendly and the facility is clean and neat. They were very kid friendly and go above and beyond to make your child feel comfortable. The only thing I didn't like is having to buy the prescription toothpaste outright instead of sending a script for it and seeing if insurance would cover some of the cost. All in all, good experience.

Oh my gosh! This place was absolutely AMAZING!!!! They make you feel like fill. Not pushy or harsh or mean! Played with my daughter got her to feel comfortable. An she was so good for them. Didn't cry, scream, fuss, nothing. Wasn't scared @ all. An it was all because of how they approached her an talked to her. I recommend this place to every Mom to take their child to the dentist for the very 1st time!!!!!

We were in town to house-sit, but my 3 year old was due for a dental check up. After seeing the favorable reviews, I decided to try them out. This was the best dental experience my son had thus far. We were able to do all our paperwork before the visit through the website. I just had a few electronic signatures to give. The staff was welcoming from the start. My son enjoyed the play area. We were quickly called back, and we had a friendly, patient dental assistant. The RDA and dentist answered all my questions and made my son feel comfortable.

The appointment felt very rushed, but there wasn't much to be done so that might have been why it went so quickly. Everyone was so nice, like a scene from Pleasantville without the creep factor. From the outside it looks a bit rough but I was very impressed with how clean everything was. I also like that it didn't have Disney Jr. playing but instead had a decent kid's movie on.

Oh my goodness! I found a true gem . Upon arriving I was greeted by two VERY friendly ladies at the front desk which made my son feel comfortable and welcomed. The dental assistant , Sarah, was very educated in her field. She did a through all cleaning and was very encouraging to brush & floss regularly. The dentist was very prompt when advised my son was ready to be seen and didn’t keep us waiting. She examined his mouth & xrays then advised us of treatment plan and Sarah got us scheduled within the same week to be seen. It was a very pleasant experience.
