Worst experience ever aweful we're not even given full truth about what was actually going on with my wife lied to no care what so ever my advise go to UAMS world class a++ treatment they take there time they care they are awesome

Problems with communication between departments, several scheduling fiascos and never notified when appointment time changed and I have BEGGED THEM TO MAIL ME A BILL 3 times and after 3 months I still have not received even one. They just do NOT have their stuff together here. Some of the infusion nurses were in a hurry to go home when I wasn't even finished with my bags. Some were really good though, too.

I have a wonderful Dr & I've been going to Carti for 4 yrs & it's always been a great experience , staff (from the first floor & thru out) & crew . .. Until this pass Wednesday, I was there for my scans & was very dissatisfied & surprised by a cpl of employees, one on the 1st floor when I chkd on & the other in lab OMG both were VERY unprofessional & rude I couldn't believe it & told them individually , not wanting to get them n trouble , I thank God it was not any of my Doc's folks ! But I was Shocked cus I had never been treated that way before while there...both ladies (& I use that term loosely) I believe has to b new ive never seen either of them before & w/ those attitudes they won't b there long ,but besides that I love Carti

They are very helpful and supportive to the needs of their CANCER patients and their families...Have many other locations in Arkansas. I think that I have been treated with all their respect. DR. RYAN HALL is my main Doctor and has a great staff working with him .

All of my doctors, nurses, and staff at CARTI were absolutely wonderful throughout my treatment and follow-up care. They answered every question I ever had and always promptly returned phone calls. The available nutritionist (who is amazing), transportation and housing assistance, and even a masseuse really made it feel like a holistic treatment experience. I hope I never need it again, but if I do this is where I will go, and I'll recommend it to everyone I know.

Outstanding service & attention for my sick father. Staff is friendly, skilled & knowledgeable. Waiting is not an issue as my Dad likes being too early anyway. Thank God we were not forced to take him somewhere else. We live well over a hundred miles away & still CARTI is better than our own backwoods witch doctors.

Everyone here is nice and friendly. I give them a 3 star because they don't communicate well between departments. We have asked them to send a total balance bill again after they said they did( but didn't) and still haven't gotten one. Today my wife had an appt. for a port check@ 11am. She has the paper and confirmation text. When checking in the lady said, "You know your appt is at 3 30pm right?" No, we answered. We are confirmed for 11. Will we have to wait until 3 30? She shook her head no. It's 11 37 as I type this review and still waiting. My wife hasn't eaten since 9pm last night. So...A 3 average. 5 for friendly and 1 for professionalism.

My first time here. It was a little bit confusing since there's a Carti-named building in the Baptist Health Campus and that's where I first stopped. This place, however is on its own road and building. Nice looking, multi level modern building, ample parking. I was checked in quickly, got my lab work done and waiting to be called in for my doctor's appointment.

Look I know that there trying, but there emphasis is "turn and burn" Get em in get em out and caregiver support is totally non existent. They may have saved my wife or not too early to know but it was a terrible experience and they know they suck.

Dr. Baltz is the best and staff is great too. You cold not ask for a better Infusion staff. Can not say anything about Carti at all.

CARTI is my favorite cancer facility. I've been on this journey for 18 yrs. and when you feel bad, everything is upsetting when it goes wrong. It is hard to be calm and collected during that time. As we moved around I've been to two public teaching facilities and two other private clinics and one in another country. My doctor and her staff are the best. Each patient/family must find their comfort zone.

Communication between departments, and timely sharing of information a huge problem. Some staff short, snappy, terse. Some staff very nice, accomodating. Appointment times, 2 visits, had extreamly long delays. 1 hr delay. 2.25 hr delay. No explaination. Just a "sorry ". Infusion/Chemo appointment delayed for another 45 minutes, waiting for approval information between departments. Scheduling staff minimually accomodating at times. Superior at times. Building is beautiful. Waiting areas lovely. Comfortable . Spacious. Office space lively. Effecient. Cafe nice. Food good. Staff, so-so. Not rude, just very brusque. unaccustomed to these types of issues at a medical facility. Primary annoyance was focus on the co-pay, and the persistance in making arrangements for payment, rather than focus on appointments and treatment. And, then when satisfactory payments mase, NO timely communications to other departments. Red flags in files, treatment with held and delayed. Very annoying and inconvenient. Over all.... love Dr. Mendelsohn, his nurse Lisa. Do not enjoy the experience of treatment.
