Absolute worst service in Little Rock. Tamika was supposed to setup an MRI, called and left three messages inside of two days with no return call. Trying to get my XRays emailed to me is proving to be nearly impossible. No office manager will take my call. I'll go elsewhere, where they actually care about their patients, as I suggest you do as well!

I would like to give no stars. I was referred to this place by my PCP, obviously friends, concerning my shoulder. They are robbing people. Had an appt. with Dr., paid $50 copay, didn't see doctor but nurse practioner came in and asked me 5 questions then told me I need an MRI. Had this done and the next day I had another appt. to see the doctor. Not a week when this all occurred and I was told I need to pay another $50 copay. Crooks! Insurance scammers!

Dr Hefley and his team are the best! I have had both hips replaced and I am more active than I have been in years. No pain, walking 3 miles a day. Hefley is a Rock Star!

Doctor was great. Careful though, if you’re not 30 minutes early for an MRI they will skip you and make you wait longer. Paperwork only takes about 3 min to fill out. I was on time my actual appointment.
