NEVER saw a Dr. at this clinic BUT they have lied on my records & are not telling the whole story to another clinic calling them. Said I'd need a lawyer to get this changed & I am getting a lawyer. Changed my mind about going here & sure glad I did. Dishonest employees.

This place is a joke. Dirty and the phones don"t work. The doctor orders an MRI and then 2 months later asks the patient who ordered an MRI. Has not helped the patient in any way. Personnel will say one thing and then contradict themselves 2 weeks later.

My mother in law has been waiting for three weeks just for them to make an appointment after they got the referral. Her general doctor said he is about to stop referring people to this clinic due to his patients complaining they take so long to get appointments or to be seen. I’ve called to check on the referral and they won’t call me back. Ridiculous!

After reading the reviews left here I have to say they do not accurately depict my experience with this clinic at all. My doctor, the nurses and the office staff are all very sensitive to my needs and treat me with genuine concern and compassion. After my recent visits, and a procedure, I know that I am finally with a practice that cares about my quality of life and my severe anxiety over the whole idea of needing to enter into the pain management world. I find the office, exam rooms and procedure room to be clean and well organized. Additionally, I have never had to wait more than 5-10 to be seen.

This clinics doctor & staff are friendly and caring, just simply amazing people... My first visit I was nervous, and had severe anxiety from how I was treated by a previous pain management doctor. When I came in the Conway clinic the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Tolba also was understanding and very informative. I was very pleased that he wanted to try a different Procedure than steroid injections, as I had got 5 and it wasn’t working for me. He treated me like a person in pain that needed help. Most of the time they get me in quickly and on time, but the 1 time I had to wait because they were slammed I was willing to wait for a good doctor that helps my back pain.

drove 45 minutes to see a doctor here, arriving at 1:30pm for a 2pm appointment. was finally admitted back at 3:40pm and promptly drug-tested. placed in a room with no bed and a roach trap. doctor entered this room at 4:20pm and spoke to me for five minutes and told me that my MRI wasn't sufficient and we'd need a cat scan to continue treatment. do not go here if you value your time or you're looking for actual treatment (and not just pain pills).

Avoid this place like the plague. After waiting over 2 hours to be seen by the "Dr.", he comes in the exam room, tells me he's going to stop ALL MEDS (I'm a brand new patient from out of state with many very serious health conditions), and start me on medical marijuana!!! I left and have since found a new, VERY COMPETENT Doctor who I'm now working with.

I left a clinic and came here and it's the best thing I've ever done. Most doctors have wait times, especially if they're doing a good job! Most experienced doctor I have seen for my rare bone disease and even had a suggestion that no other Doctor (even the best Ortho surgeon in the USA) has had. I'm excited to have a better quality of life. Highly recommend. It's may not be the prettiest office but far better than the last "doctor" and this place has a main hub in Little Rock. If you want nice drive. Same docs. Same quality and expertise but regardless of decor I'm thrilled they are in Conway.

Not much of a fan. I've had surgery in the past by another surgeon that is giving me problems (the surgery, not the surgeon). Dr. Tolba's Practitioner told me my insurance wouldn't allow me to have an MRI for about another year. Dr. Tolba has seen my records and knows there is loose hardware but told me he has to do the pain blocking procedures before he can do any further investigation with my spine. I've done the blocks and now he wants to do a nerve burn?!? With no recent MRI??? I only have Medicare Ins. so each visit costs me $50.00 regardless if it's for a procedure or prescription refill. I saw his Practitioner last visit. Since she's not the specialist, shouldn't I receive a discount? My regular Doctor was able to get an MRI done...no problem with insurance...awaiting results. I'm not sure what to say...the blocks work for a short time but I honestly can't communicate well enough with him to really know what he's doing or wanting to do...maybe it's just one of those times when a patient and doctor are just not meant to be.

I had to give them 1 star because I couldn't give a lower rating. Absolutely horrible place to go for your health care needs. I've been there four or five times they are the only place that my insurance covers. Each and every time I go they have me wait 2 hrs after my appointment time to be seen. When you finally get seen you sit in rooms with trash and mouse traps, and cockroach traps. The rooms don't even have beds in all of them some only have a chair with no coushions, also no way to keep them sanitary. This place is by far the worse office I have ever attended. The doctor are absolutely rude! It's plain ridiculous I wouldn't send my worst enemey there!

1 star bc 0 isn't possible. When you don't know if you are at the quick e mart buying a slushy or at a Dr.'s office, you might be in the wrong place. Unprofessional. Discourteous. I think they just give degree's out to people from India now just to meet a quota. Bc these saps aren't qualified to treat my dog.

I've been to this clinic three times and the wait time after your appointment time is at least and hour to two. Before the doctor sees you. They over book for the same time slot. If you live in the area this may be great for you. But I'm driving 45 minutes. It's not the best experience I've had at pain clinics.

Unlike some on here, I have had a very positive experience with this clinic. They got me in on time, I didn’t see any thing but a clean examination room. My doctor is extremely professional and very helpful. In fact I’ve had to make some deviations from what I was taking and that was not a big deal. Very nice people.

Did not read my grandmother’s charts and gave her a drug that she is highly allergic to. A member of the staff continuously laughed throughout the matter, and the others were not accommodating or reassuring in the slightest. To say the least, we will not be coming back.

Ms. Angela, the Physicians Assistant, is a wonderful, concerned, well versed, respectful person, who explains every step of the Pain management that is provided by her office. She is the epitome of devotion to the medical field.

Don't go here. They're unprofessional, lose paperwork; with my personal info on it none the less, and wouldn't let me use the bathroom because they wanted a drug test. First visit, that's normal. I told her I'd give her a sample even if I pissed now and still was unable to be helped. I said get the cup and my paperwork went bye bye. Don't waste your time. Way to go douchebags.

I used Dr. Q when I was in my 30's and I am 50 now. I heard about suboxone and went to my primary care Dr. who was certified to prescribe it. because Dr. Q had me on 2 different High dosed opiate pain rwlievers and I had to get off of it because its like putting a bandaid on an open wound and expecting it to heal. Some people need surgery and I know some people do have to live on pain meds but you do have to be careful because NSAIDs are bad for your stomach and Tylenol is terrible for your liver. When I told Dr. Q I wasn't getting my pain meds anymore and I was rak8ng suboxone, he said "come back next month and let me know how it's working". Then when I called they said I wasn't allowed back. It's all about money and that's why they overbook and have no beds. Because when I went there they had beds. Ridiculous!!!!!
