5 stars!!!!As an avid "google reviews investigator" (prior to going somewhere), I can tell you that I was very concerned with dr cash after reading some of the bad reviews. I personally had an amazing experience. He completed a thourough evaluation of my condition. Some might say he's not annimated in his delivery of information; however, I personally appreciated his adept professionalism. He was prompt, polite and attentive to my input. I would be happy to visit his office again if the need arises.

A year after Dr. Cash put tubes in my toddlers ears, we went back for another visit Bc he had so many infections. Dr. Cash was very rude, was aggravated by me asking questions & said he will not do a 2nd set of tubes & from here on out he would receive antibiotics every time he got an infection.....he has infections every 2 weeks, alternating ears. We knew it wasn’t right to be on antibiotics that long. We got a 2nd opinion & Dr. Adrian Williamson will be doing a 2nd set of tubes & removing his adenoids

After reading reviews on Dr. Cash, I was a little nervous about him as our consult appointment for my son’s tubes approached. After meeting him at our first appointment, I hate that I was nervous in the first place. Dr. Cash was very polite and so sweet to my children (my daughter went with us to my son’s appointment). I am very pleased with Dr. Cash and have only good things to say about him.

Dr. David Cash has been instrumental in helping me to get well after a chronic sinus infections. He has used appropriate testing and cultures to ensure that I was on the correct medication and has answered all my questions courteously. I would certainly recommend him.

Got there a little early to fill out paperwork and sometimes when you get to the doctors office early you might be seen early so I got there almost an hr early, and filled out my paperwork. My appt time came and went and I was still in the waiting room. Finally got called back to the room 35 minutes passed my appt time. I waited and waited in the back for another 35 minutes and still no doctor. So over an hour past my appointment and still no doctor. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's time. I feel like they probably overbook their appointments, it was ridiculous. I sat in that doctor's office for well over 2 hours and never seen a doctor, part of that was me but when you make an appointment that's exactly what it is an appointment. If I would of known that it would be over an hour plus later than when I booked it I wouldn't of left work early to get there. Never again.

After purchasing hearing aids from this office roughly over $5000.00) I was pleased with the equipment and results. HOWEVER, yesterday when I contacted the office, and explained that I have gotten a very painful ear infection an constant ear ache, I was told by the receptionist that they do NOT take “walk in’s”! It would be Mid September before I could be seen. If you are in need of medical service that MIGHT be needed in an “unscheduled” time frame-I suggest you find EITHER an alternate option or at least a back-up plan.

Yeah i was seen here today and all i gotta say is what A STUPIDD DOCTOR (David Cash) Like did you even finish doctor school ??!! Bahaha probably dident even get a REAL DEGREE!! Everyone. i came up here for long term ear promblem And He Gonna Say Its Not My Ears REALLY?! HE DIDENT EVEN LOOK IN MY EARS. Dont waste your time coming up here they wont even see your issue!! #Stupid Doctor. #wastedTime

I almost didn’t see Dr Cash because of the other reviews in here but I am glad I did. Dr Cash was very knowledgeable and professional. He spent a considerable amount of time during my visit listening to my concerns and answering my questions.. Highly recommended..

My kids and I have been going to Dr.Cash for 4 years no and I’m very pleased! 2 of my children have health factors that need to be monitored and I never leave the office feeling that my concerns over my kids were blown off, it’s always the opposite. Long story short I’m very picky about who my kids and I go to and I’m pleased with Dr Cash and his staff and even though I have to move hours away by the end of the year I will be driving my kids and I back to Arkansas for our routine check ups instead of finding someone local.

I was scheduled for an appt., with Dr. David Cash in the North Little Rock office on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at 10:30a.m.. I arrived early. The receptionist told me they showed no appt., for me. I asked her if she was kidding. She said no. Really upset me. I'm having problems and need to be seen. Tuesday is my only day off and I wasted valuable time going to an appt., that wasn't in their system. Incompetent person didn't do their job properly and I am the one that suffers. The receptionist then asked what the problem is that I am having. There are at least 5 people in the waiting room. Do I need to talk about it in front of a bunch of people. I think not. I like my privacy. I just told her to give me my stuff back and I would not be back. My time is VERY valuable and I don't have time for incompetence. Consider me very dissatisfied that I was put in this position.

Been to 2 different doctors here otolaryngology center and neither one helped me at all. Cash didn't listen to me and didn't ask me any questions about my problems or what treatments or medicines I had tried. I am about to die and he didn't do anything. Came in room for about 1 minute and left.

I can not believe anyone would have a bad experience with Dr. Cash. He was the on call doctor after my daughter's tonsillectomy and he was so kind to a couple of parents who were worried about whether our daught was recovering properly after the surgery. He met us at the hospital, introduced himself as David and proceded to be so unbelievably sweet to our frightened seven year old little girl. She was fine and Dr. Cash could not have been nicer to us even though we made him leave a basketball game. We felt awful about ruining his night, but he never seemed frustrated with us, all the while playing and comforting our daughter I cant say enough nice things about him. I would recommend highly recommend him.
