Dr. Daniel Sherbet is a horrid, presumptuous doctor with a superiority complex and delusions of grandeur. None of our questions were answered and we were dismissed as though our concerns weren't valid. He actually screamed at me (the mother) for asking questions. Tempers flaring in doctor's offices is not something I'm accustomed to and as far as upholding oaths go.. this doctor could use a refresher course on both that and his bedside manner. I was stunned, my daughter cried. A terrible example for a doctor. No patient should ever feel this way from a first visit to a new doctor.

I’ve visited this fine institution on multiple occasions. There’s something different here. I test them each time I’m there. I look a few people in the eye and see what happens. I gave the test to a maintenance guy, his face immediately lit-up. Another man was working on the floor, he stopped, threw his hand up on his mop, cocked his head a little to the side and flashed the biggest smile. It’s like Vaudeville! The medical staff are top notch, but the entire hospital from top to bottom are. It’s like they’re trying to be different or something!

My husband is in Baptist Health Hospital. He has been here 7 weeks because he fainted and had a brain bleed. A doctor at this clinic kept changing my husband's medication to achieve the perfect blood pressure against my wished. My husband has a condition called Orthostatic Hypotension. When he stands up sometimes he faints even though he has high blood pressure. There are BP mediactions he can tolerate which do not cause more fainting. The doctor would not listen to me about changing his meds almost every visit. He even said to me "you don't want him to have a stroke do you?" We are all responsible for our own health, so we should have changed doctors. He will hear no more from us, but don't let your doctors bully you. You may end up at Baptist unable to walk and in constant pain.

I too think the doctors there are great but!!!! We travel over two hours to see our cardiologist and he is great! The problem we had was with the doctors Nurse Practitioner. On the first instance my wife had a serious health condition which my wife called them about and they told her the DR's NP would return her call and he did but it was the following night after she had already been admitted to the Ar. Heart hosp. via the ER. The NP was suppose to take care of the FMLA paperwork that we sent by fax and got a receipt for from their office. Long story short, it has been 14 days and still it has not been returned to the FMLA administrator. As a result of this untimely response our claim has been denied! Even after multiple calls to the clinic in which we were told he would return our calls, Nothing! Nada! And when I asked to speak with someone in Patient/customer service, they just passed me off to the NP's supervisor which was to busy to answer her phone and of course ,you guessed it I got a recorded message to leave my number and a message. So I'm now motivated to leave this review. Bottom line is this clinic just can't get it done! I give the DR. 5 stars but the staff a goose egg! Overall I gave them one star because I had to in order to post this..

I just have to let you all know what a wonderful caring clinic this is. Dr. Nash and Dr. T are amazing doctors. They both are very professional and have such kind caring hearts. Every time I’ve been there I have been treated with so much respect. From the time I check in until I leave everyone is so kind and caring. They are extremely amazing.

Worst most non caring team of doctors and nurses i have ever meet in my life specially Dr. Ian Cawich and his nurse Natalie. I am a 47 year old woman with several chronic illnesses. My blood pressure has been spiking to over 200 on the top number and in the 100's on the bottom number since early summer 2016. It is now the middle of January and it is spiking even higher and he hasn't did not one test or not one anything to get to the bottom. Of it. I have taken so many clonidine per his instructions that my kidneys and pancreas are messed up. I'm a diabetic now because of the high spikes EVERY single day. Went to the ER yesterday with it high per Natalie's instructions. Got there they didn't do not one test gave me a pill and sent me home been up since 5 am with it over 100 on the bottom number. When I die from it I left strict instructions with my children to sue for medical negligence. I wouldn't recommend taking a dead goat to him.

My doctor is Dr. Carl Ledding he has been my doctor since 2006. He is one of the best cardiologist at the Heart Hospital and his nurse Mrs. Stacy. They have really taken excellent care of me. Very understanding and kind. I love a doctor and his staff when they truly care about their patients and treat them with the utmost respect and they really have that listening ear to help ease your concerns. Your health is there concern. That speaks volumes for me.

My husband became a patient with the Arkansas Heart Hospital in August 2017, when I schedule an appointment for him with the "Keep The Beat" program. The staff was so friendly and welcoming that we felt like we had been patients with the hospital a life time. I am not a patient with the Arkansas Heart Hospital but I plan to become one by scheduling an appointment with the "Keep The Beat" program for myself. My husband physician is Dr. Gary Nash and we absolutely love him. We thank God daily for being bless with the Arkansas Heart Hospital.
