We chose All For Kids 7 years ago, and have loved it ever since! The staff (doctors, nurses, receptionists, etc) have always been welcoming and have listened to our concerns. We highly recommend this pediatric clinic!

So dissatisfied and disappointed with the office staff! The Dr.'s are great and I'm not going to discredit them at all( Halpain &Martin). I had used this office for 9 plus years and decided to walk away because of the way they didn't want to help a child with an issue with their Medicaid number. I was told we cant see them until its fixed.......well they didnt want to help or be All for Kids. I was helped immediately by another dr office and I was told that sometime it takes a few weeks for a newborn's Medicaid number to get lined out and it wasn't a big deal. You shouldn't treat children differently based on private or public insurance.

Switched to this clinic 4 years. We are able to get an appointment upon request and almost always see our primary care doctor. My newborn was diagnosed w/illness at 5 day checkup that saved his life. Moving many times, this is hands down the beat clinic (out of 5) that we’ve been to!

I went to this clinic as a child, and now both of my kids go here! Dr. Skelley is amazing, and so caring! My son has had RSV twice in the last year, and she went above and beyond with him. All of the doctors there are great. Yes, the wait time is a little long, but I’d wait all day knowing that my babies will get the best care!

Dr. Skelley is an exceptional pediatrician and never fails to meet our needs with compassion and professionalism. The staff are amazingly friendly and warm. Having All For Kids as our pediatric clinic is one less worry in the life as a parent.

I'm very pleased with the staff and my son's doctor, September Westbook. I only did 4/5 starts because I never rate anything perfectly because nothings perfect. To error is human. However I've experienced very caring staff members at the office.

I spent 13 min trying to set up an appointment, was placed on hold 3 different times. When I question why I kept being put on hold she snapped at me "well we are checking in patients and have 8 lines" I gave the 2nd rep most of my information and the 3rd rep asked me for all of the information again before being put on hold again. At that point I disconnected the call.

We've been part of All For Kids since before our son was born (I interviewed doctors and clinics while pregnant). We interviewed with and chose Dr. West brook. She was great! However, during our first visit she was unavailable and we saw Dr. Paul's. We've seen him every since then. Once in awhile due to a a non-routine, sick visit, we have seen other physicians and everytime we were pleased. Its been 15 years since that first visit and we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

Customer service is fine, the doctors...they only want to rush your kids in and out with a pat on the back, switching doctors to someone who actually cares and listens to the parents. I don't give you my business for you to ignore me and send my kid down the line for another dollar. Very disappointed with how this business has turned.

We have been going to All for Kids for the past 7 years and have seen each of the physicians during that time. Sick visits are often brief, but all in all they are knowledgeable and considerate group of doctors.

I don't care for some of the doctors at all. I noticed that the female doctors seem to be better than the male doctors. There are some doctors there that I definitely would not see at all. I prefer tests done to know for a fact what is wrong rather then some educated guess, especially when these "guesses" cause us to come back several times before he is treated properly wasting our time and money, while making my child suffer more than he needs to. Overall, it is okay, nothing special.

We’re looking for a new clinic now for our son. Our last experience got us there respectfully early for our appointment and it only took an hour and a half to see the Dr. we were also the only ones in the waiting room.

Staff is quick to answer questions and address issues and the doctors come into each appointment and give each patient all the time they require. They are always have a list of patients but don't ever make you feel like they are rushing through your appointment. Dr. Byrum is fantastic and my girls love to see him.

This clinic was recommended to me by my doctor. My daughter has been a patient at this clinic since she was born (14 years), and I cannot say enough about how great the doctors have been! My daughter has some health challenges and I would not trust her care to anyone else. We’ve seen all the doctors at one time or another, but her main doctor is Dr. Salman. She is AMAZING! She is thorough, attentive, and caring. We drive an hour and 15 minutes to the doctor, and although one of our insurances will not pay for the visits, we would rather pay out of pocket to make sure our child is properly taken care of.

Went there for a weight check up and ended up waiting for 45 minutes. The lady at check-In desk admitted us after all scheduled patients for a 2 minute weight check up.
