Alexis McCollum delivered my son at 37 weeks 9-27-2018. I am not happy with the early C-section delivery or the hospital staff at this hospital. When Parkhill left, so did the excellent doctors and nurses! The staff that's here now dont have a clue of what's going on! I would not recommend this hospital for anyone. It definitely needs to be permanently closed!!My son had a 11 percent weight loss by the time we checked out. The nurses pressured me the whole time to breast feed when it was clear that my son wasn't getting enough milk from my breast. I requested a bottle for 2 days, and finally got one on the 3rd Day! My husband and I were very pissed! This was a nightmare from the time we checked in until we left. Now I see why they have no patients and the parking lot is always empty. I'm glad that my son and I made it out okay. Mercy or Parkhill is your best bet. Dont make the mistake I did by choosing this hospital to have a child. Had my 1st child here when it was Parkhill and it was excellent, but not anymore!! Very bad experience.
