Providers are very rushed. It would be to have a chance to finish a sentence when talking to the provider. As a health care professional I know being heard is an important part of healing.

The only person in this place that is nice is the friendly lady Lisa. I went in today and whoever the young rude intern nurse lady who comes in with the nurse practitioner got a mouth full from me today. She basically called me a liar to Simon Meds. I definitely can’t wait until the morning to get her information because I will be reporting her. Don’t ever call me a liar or as she said to the person on the phone “it didn’t sound right to her”. All I know is the rudeness from some of these Arizona people doesn’t make any sense at all.

There are a few bad apples that are rude and doesn't try to make whatever the situation better if it creates more work for themselves. But other then that I personally enjoy coming here for the friendly staff and fast appointments.

I can’t say enough great things about this clinic. Dr. Siwek and his staff are so amazing and really care about their patients! I never thought I would be able to do some of the activities I love until I came here. The front desk staff are so friendly and help you get processed quickly to be seen. Everything went well except the nirse who ever she was post op injection was rude and having a really bad day. I ended up walking out never to finish my treatments. I was so upset i could not even talk about it for months.

Pain Managment. Office staff good friendly. Dr.s more concerned about saving there own butt. By not giving you the pain releif in combination of meds needed to reduce your pain and muscle spasms as needed. Pain meds muscle relaxers even when you have or had records from previous docs that after months and years of getting to the combination of meds that where slightly to mederate working for your particular pain and body chemistry's they reduce you to nothing or almost nothing. Frustrating that goverment and insurance companies ties our doctors hands because some kids abuseing perscriptions that are much needed to those that really need them. Epidural branch block Steriod injections Radio frequency ablasion Surgery Disability all long frustrating processes when you are in really debilitating pain.
