Best in the valley! I’ve been a patient for many years. I’ve have had skin tag removals with no scars! I have had sun damage face treatments. Now we’re working on my hair loss. Last time I was there I picked up some literature on cosmetic procedures I would like to try. Highly recommend Stockton Dermatology!

I want to preface this review with the information that: I did not see the actual Dermatologist (Dr. Stockton) but rather one of the PA-Cs at this office. To give this office a fair shot, I visited on three separate occasions for three separate appointments. I came to this office to be treated for cystic acne. Ultimately, I would not recommend coming to this office to be treated for cystic acne. The care I received was poor from my first visit and it did not improve over the following two appointments. Between the PA leaving the room to take a personal phone call regarding her home water heater, to not getting scripts filled by the in-office pharmacist without having to leave several messages for her, to the PA suggesting seeing other doctors for a solution—coming here has been a nightmare and a waste of more than $300. Over the course of my three appointments, I felt not once did the PA thoroughly examine my skin; they take pictures of your skin but the PA never actually examined my skin in-person. Additionally, when I was frustrated with a lack of results after using a regimen for three months the PA gave me advice such as "lower your expectations" and "change doesn't come overnight". There was one occasion (out of my three visits) the in-house pharmacist took several days to get back to me about filling my prescriptions, even after I called and left a few messages. Even worse, I never received one of my prescriptions from the in-house pharmacist. (I'd even requested the script be sent to a local pharmacy to be filled, rather than be filled by their in-house pharmacist.) It horrified the nurse and PA when I showed up to the following appointment and notified them I'd only been able to use one of the two topicals they had prescribed because I never got the second. However, no one from the office ever acknowledged they dropped the ball on this-- they tried to play it off like it was no big deal, and even worse, no one from the office ever apologized. After my third visit, I have vowed never to return to this pathetic excuse of a dermatology practice. My third appointment end with the message that there was not much more the Stockton Dermatology office would do for me regardless of me being unsatisfied with skin and it’s continual cystic breakouts. The PA even went so far as to say I could schedule an appointment with a family doctor or OBGYN who might be more helpful by evaluating my hormones. My third and final visit resulted in me leaving the office in tears, feeling devastated and defeated. I have wasted $300+ and the last three months trying to seek medical attention at Stockton Dermatology. I caution anyone with cystic acne to seek medical treatment elsewhere.

Bad!! bad!!! bad!!! place... my experiences with Stockton Dermatologist, the staffs are so rude judgemental especially the office manager Christina. she doesn't care about patients well been but herself. the staffs are very unprofessional. they would tell you one thing and change it the next day , they're not at all on the same page, I don't recommend stockton dermatologist for anyone from my experience. was very disappointed. never again.

Both my husband and I have been patients at Stockton Dermatology for about 25 years. We have been very pleased. Twice the P.A. found skin cancer when it was very small and sent my husband to surgery. Thankfully, she caught it early and he has been fine...not even a scar. And I had a resistant skin infection, which I could not get rid of but the P.A. knew exactly the right medication and in three days it was gone. We really like all the ladies in this practice; each one is a jewel!

I made an appointment at Stockton Dermatology based on a referral from a friend. I was having some "emergency" skin issues from a reaction to a new product and they were able to see me in a timely manner. I saw Karli and was impressed by her extensive knowledge, professionalism and ability to efficiently address my problem. The entire staff both front and back office were so friendly. The place is itself is clean and organized, however I am greatly disappointed in the customer service. The PA was very knowledgeable and provided information about my condition. She left and advised the nurse/tech would be in to give me check out procedures. I waited 20 minutes and only when I left to go to the restrooms did anyone realize that I was still back there. The staff had gone too lunch and completely left me there. After which I was told I would have to wait for Erica. Unfortunately I could not wait and the Representative at check said that was fine she would call after lunch. BIG mistake I should've stayed. The Erica lady did not call me back in fact I called and left a message to see why my prescriptions were not sent to my pharmacy. I was completely unaware that they had a pharmacy on site and they send all prescriptions there 1st. So I called left a message and they said she would call the next day. Yet again I call and the phone service had been turned off and the answering center said they would send a fax over for them to contact me. Only then did Erica call me. I missed the call as I am at work and I literally called right back and I was sent to voicemail again. Literally 1 minute after I missed her call. This is a nightmare I still do t have my prescriptions and I find it absolutely ridiculous that no one answers the phone. Why even ask for pharmacy information if you are going to simply send it to the onsite location. I am beyond frustrated and really am reconsidering finding another dermatologist.

Staff on the phone is super nice- when you get someone to answer. I had several appointments here and 4 punch biopsies. Was told to wait 14 days for results- called on the 15th day and they had the results paperwork signed that I had been notified with my results via phone which was false. 2 of the 4 biopsies were ABNORMAL and required follow-up.... Good thing I'd called myself or else I could be walking around with Skin cancer....

Absolutely ridiculous, now I have patience but not this much. I don't appreciate that other people time isn't as important. When I book my appt I expect to be seen at that time give or take a few minutes but not 40 min with no sight of the Doctor. I doubt I can come in that late and be greeted with smiles and great energy. No apology from anyone for the inconvenience. This was the last time I tolerate being seen late. Every appt I'm called back late but this was the worse. I just had to walk out. I am disappointed.

It's high time to give positive reviews and not just wait until something goes wrong. Dr Stockton is one of THE BEST DERMATOLOGIST IN THE STATE OF AZ. She is in such high demand that it's a little difficult to get that first appointment but have patience. It's worth the wait! My skin has not been better and she knows what she is doing and not with a whole lot of prescriptions and stuff. Love her! Well oiled office too.

I didn't have a good experience at all here. The staff was nice that's the reason for the one star. I had a bad reaction from the medicine they provided me and had to see another doctor to correct the new problem that occurred due to their negligence.

If you are searching for a great dermatologist office this is the one to choose. Dr. Stockton is hard to get into at first so choose one of her PA’s. Totally worth the wait though.

Meh. I've been a patient in the practice for over a year and I've yet to see the Dermatologist. Though the PA I saw was competent, she was also dismissive and somewhat flippant about my health. Any practice that can't manage to schedule an appointment with 12 weeks either doesn't have enough clinical staff or schedules patients with the convenience of their providers as priority.

Just left their office after being asked to sign a new waiver form that says I will pay them $50 for a no show on my appointment. Given how many times I sat in there waiting to be seen when I showed up on time. I asked how long before I'm considered a no show. Response 15 minutes. So I ask can we modify the form to say if you do not see me within 15 minutes you owe me a $50 dollar credit and If I do not show up within 15 minutes of my appointment time you can charge me $50. The answer is no and take your business somewhere else. Also, I never see the Doctor, just her revolving door of PAs.
