Happy to have found them! I needed a late afternoon (after school) appointment, scheduled at 4:30! A couple of hours later I received a call from Jessica offering me the same time but for the very next day with a new dentist. Dr Matthews was super friendly with my kids, I'll be returning next week for some treatment late afternoon again!

Generally this place is very well run, the staff is organized and friendly. The doctors are professional and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and they normally run on time. I had a negative experience there today, they had called to change my appointment to an earlier date, seemingly to fill their schedule. I figured I'd help them out and change. When I got there the entire waiting room was full, they were very behind and my family and I waited at least an hour before being seen and again for a significant amount of time to see the doctor. I thought it was strange that they moved me to a time that was very busy. I plan to ask for a quieter time next time so that I can have the normal positive experience I usually do. I have been using this dentist for 9 years and have never seen it run this way.

Have been going here for YEARS. Have been happy with all the services including some major work done with GA, cleanings, and braces! The only thing I don’t like is the WAIT TIME! At times it can be extremely difficult as a working parent... I have waited over an hour past our appt time on several occasions. Also as a disabled person, the parking, since the light rail, can not possibly be standard code since once you are in the front lot you can’t get out if another car parks in it after you. there just isn’t any room to back out of the spaces now. I don’t know how you would fix that since it’s 19th ave sidewalk issue, but that’s my only issue with this practice.

My experience with Phoenix Pediatric Dental was nothing short of awesome. My daughters had a bad experience previously at another office and were terrified to go back to see a dentist, but this office fixed that! JoJo and Dr. Robby made them feel comfortable and at ease. The office is colorful and has tons of stuff for the kids to do as they wait. So happy with this experience.

Ive been bringing my girls here for about 2 years now (maybe longer) and they absolutely love it! They get you called back at your scheduled appointment time unlike most places, the staff are very friendly and Dr. Sorringson is very efficient and great at what he does. They take there time to explain to you exactly what is being done and or what needs to be done in the near future. They're awesome I'd recommend them to everyone!

Today I got my 2 and 3 year old ready for their appointment. On Friday I received a call from Phoenix Pediatric Dental to remind me of my appointment. The receptionist says "please be on time the doctor's time is very valuable" The appointment was at 11:15 we arrived at 11:05. After realizing the parking lot in front is so small that you cannot even reverse I have to send a family member to park my car in the rear parking lot so I can get checked in on time. Because it's on 19th ave near the light rail (one way only). After all this we get inside I check in and they go on to tell me my appointment is at 12:00. No, I have an appointment slip that says 11:15 and you called to confirm my 11:15. Also, this is our second visit. We had our first appointment 6 months ago and after we arrived they said that we didn't have an appointment but they'd squeeze us in

The doctor and the staff were very nice. It was my son's first visit to a dentist he loved it. The lady handed him a stuffed toy as we were walking out he was so happy. I Highly recommend. They even have new patient special for those who don't have dental insurance

Time for some honesty. I'm a dentist and was giving my daughter an exam when I saw in her xrays that she needed more extensive work then I'm equipped to handle (not being a pediatric specialist), especially considering that my daughter doesn't do well in the chair even for me (which is beyond frustrating, I assure you). I was lucky enough to have a friend refer me to Phoenix Pediatric Dental and Ortho because they were able to get her in for an exam and sedation treatment and get all her treatment done while she was out. Very grateful for the quick treatment and sedation that they were able to perform in-house! I love what I do, but thank heavens for pediatric dentists and the team at Phoenix Pediatric Dental and Ortho!

Not the first time they messed up on my son's dentist appt! Calling everyone but my son and arguing about my appt time. Good thing I kept the appt card and record my calls. Calling his name after an hour. Just to have us sit in the appt room for an additional 70 mins. Just ridiculous. Nothing explained. Nobody takes ownership either.
