My daughter's doctor has been Dr. Lersch since she was born. I've never had a problem with Pediatric Associates and they have always taken care of her very well. My one observation, not really a complaint I suppose, is that whenever I make an appointment to see them it's a crap shoot as to whether or not she will actually see the doctor we signed up for when she was born. Sometimes it's a doctor, often it's a medical assistant rather than a doctor. Probably out of ten times, twice she's seen Dr. Lersch. Different when I was a kid -- your doctor is the doctor you saw ALWAYS. Perhaps times have changed a lot, but I wish they'd make an effort to have you see the primary care physician.

Had insurance issues. My children had insurance day of visit and insurance paid out. More than 6 months later it turned out we weren't supposed to be covered by this insurance (employer and insurance mistake). Insurance ended up charging practice for what they had already paid for and practice came after me for payment. Wish practice was more understanding. I asked for "self pay rate" wanting to work it out. I ended up being billed close to $600 for two HPV vaccines for my 2 daughters. Ridiculous amount! I called other pediatric practices to compare the self pay rate for this vaccine and it ranged from $280-370 for two vaccines. One star because actual Dr. Who saw my children was awesome.

I take my kids to Dr. Kelley and she is great with them. I like this office so much better then the last pediatrics office i took my kids to. Dr. Kelley actually listens to your concerns with your children and will address them. Im highly pleased to have found a great pediatrics office and staff for my children.

These doctors know their stuff! The staff and doctors are all very professional and friendly. They have separate waiting areas for sick and healthy kids, which is awesome. We mostly go to Dr. Lersh but have seem every doctor in the practice and are continually impressed. It's good to have this team on your side.

Dr padrez is a great dr, but the nurses are absolutely unprofessional. I left 3 separate messages with the receptionist for the nurse, and I never had anyone call me back. All I wanted was some medical advise for an existing 8 month old patient, but apparently they can't give any.

Doctors are nice but accessibility trying to get inside with two boys and a double stroller is close to impossible with their weird walkway to the front door. Very horrible set up its an obstacle just to step inside. Glad I changed pediatricians.

So far really happy with the switch I made the Pediatric Associates. I see Dr. Padres and I really like him. He's great with my daughter and respects my point of view. They are a little old school but the place it welcoming, well decorated, and just makes you feel at ease. Compared to the last place I was, 10 times better in all aspects.

Worst expirence ever! The staff is really rude, as well as Dr Leonard. I also feel like he was really rough with my child which was a baby at the time. They are not understandable with ones schedule, they don't care if you have to jump through hoops to get there, if you are not on time they will not attend your child, even if they are really sick! Never going back there again!

Been taking my baby here since she was born. She’s 5 months now so we have a few visits under our belt. Staff is amazing and so sweet. Dr. Padrez is a great man. He’s very sweet and informative and really good with my baby girl. They’re so on top of things at this office. I am never in the waiting room long, I never have to wait long for Dr. Padrez to come in once I’m in the back either. Top notch pediatrician. Very glad we picked Pediatrics associates.

My sons are 13 and 15. They have seen Dr. Leonard since they were born. There is a reason Dr. Leonard was Chief of Staff at Phoenix Children's Hospital for many years. He is an awesome doctor. Sure, he is very tough on stuff like kids being overweight or not getting enough exercise--but there is nobody you would rather have if your kid gets sick.

The pediatricians are great, the office manager is great. But the staff, front desk and medical assistants, lack training and are incompetent. My daughter is 9months old now but she was 7 weeks premature at birth. She was weighed incorrectly multiple times by the medical assistants. The front desk is never polite and never pays attention. I feel highly uncomfortable with the car provided to my daughter. I switched pediatricians and I'm glad I did.
