So I take my two kids here and have been since they were born. I have a 4 year old and a 2 1/2 year old. Well my 2 year old got very sick with fevers but no other symptoms. He also had a blister/bubble on his finger. The fevers had started when we noticed the thing in his finger. I was very nervous it could be staph. I took him in and the doctor said his fever and his finger had nothing to do with each other without testing his finger. He told us to just keep doing what we are doing with Tylenol and ibuprofen and if his fever is still there in 4 days bring him back. Well his fever got up to 104.3 and he was puking and it would not break. I called on a Thursday and left a message to see if this is okay and what I need to do. I never got a call back.... I give it till the 4th day which was a Sunday and took him to a children’s urgent care. They put him on antibiotics because they think he had an infection in his finger since he had no other symptoms. I called his pediatrician Monday to tell them what’s going on so they can note it in his chart and to see when I should come in to follow up and ask if it’s normal he’s still having fevers. Today is Wednesday and I still have not received a call back. I’m beyond frustrated. I’m calling you about my child having a 104.3 fever and I don’t get a response. Doesn’t sound very professional. I work in the medical field and I know calls should be returned within 24 hours or sooner. I understand things come up but for it to be Wednesday and still never got a call back. However my son finally hasn’t had a fever in 24 hours now but I think I will be looking for a new pediatric office for sure

Dr. Roller is great! He is so patient and loving. My daughter usually fears going to the doctor but he made the experience a great one! She actually looks forward to going next time!

I wouldn’t have chosen any other place for my newborn! Every single doctor has been nothing shy of amazingly polite and educational. They are gentle with your baby when doing the exams yet making sure that they are not overlooking anything. They were super understanding when I was having issues with my insurance provider. My friend who is a PA highly recommended this place and then coincidently one of my husbands coworkers highly recommended it as well. No wonder! Thank you healing hearts for all your hard work to provide excellent care on every single visit! P.S. Dr Roller is pretty AMAZING!

On our first visit, with our two-week-old baby, I knew I chose the right doctor. These are doctors who support the family as a whole, not just the child. As a first time mother, I wanted to do everything perfectly, and when breastfeeding was a challenge, Dr. Khurana gave me every resource and every bit of information I needed. But the most important thing she told me that day: the minute this gets too overwhelming for you, allow yourself to stop. This baby needs a happy, healthy mama more than breastmilk. Imagine how reassuring it is for a new mom to hear that. Five years later, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the doctors here. They’ve made sure my son is as healthy as possible, while also helping me with any resources I might need. I never feel rushed, nor do I leave with unanswered concerns. I’ve utilized their nurse line more than once, with prompt, patient, compassionate responses to my concerns. I recommend this practice to everyone I know.

We have had such a great experience with this pediatric office. We NEVER wait, always can get same day appt, and if we prefer a provider, they work hard to make sure we can see them. We did have one issue over the years with a provider and it was addressed immediately by our usual PA. I love the doctors and the PAs at this practice.

Everyone there is amazing , dr heck is great but dr hall was AMAZING as well. I will say i have been having a hard time getting insurance figured out on their end for previous visits hopefully this gets resolved soon . But as far as the doctors go they are great and I’ve tried multiple pediatricians .

This was our first time at Healing hearts. I was really impressed how the staff handled the paperwork and moving patients in and out. I was expecting to be waiting for awhile as is the case with most pediatric offices. Then fell rushed once finally seeing the doctor. This was such a different and pleasant experience. soIt went smoothly. Even with two kids I feel we were in and out. Doctor Roller was very patient and personable with both my children. My daughter does not handle vaccines well and the staff was very kind during the process.

There are multiple locations so it's easy to get a same day appointment and they even have Saturday appointments available for busy families. We have been going to Healing Hearts for 2 1/2 years and have always had a very good experience! We started going when my son was 6 months old, and my daughter since birth. The doctors and medical assistants are very kind and patient with them. I really appreciate that the doctors always ask me if I have any questions, and then take time to answer and explain things. I can tell that they genuinely care about my children. We usually go to the Gilbert location, but have also been to the Queen Creek and Chandler offices. The front desk staff have been friendly at all of the locations and we have never had to wait long to see a doctor. For sick visits, they have always gotten us in for a same-day appointment. I’m very happy with Healing Hearts!

I gave up on this place. Taken my children a few times and the staff because they were ill called ahead and when we get there there the could not be seen. Had appointment for their shots, they did have us on the schedule. We rescheduled and showed up for appointment only to find out they didn’t have the vaccinations in stock. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and called to make an appointment. Woman on the phone was blatantly rude, interrupting me. When I asked if she can schedule a follow up visit from when my daughter was in the emergency room and a check up she flat out just said “No.” at that point I just gave up. Found another pediatrician that will be able to see her immediately and if she is healthy, they will be able to provide her with her vaccinations no extra visits.

If I could give this pediatrician office negative stars I would. My husband's work changed insurance this past year so we had to find a new pediatrician. This office had openings well before any other. That should have been a red flag. It's filthy! Peeling paint and wall murals, dirty walls, chairs, and exam tables. The office smells. The staff is rude, argumentative, and disorganized. One nurse in particular doesn't seem to be all there and she's very rude. Wait times upwards of an hour. It's like taking your children to an inner-city clinic. They have a "Well" side and a "sick" side, which would be a good thing, but the waiting area is so small the partition isn't much of a barrier; and kids can and do go from one side to the other.

They are OK. Mostly friendly. Not too many billing mistakes. Our last visit was to get our son tested for absence seizures. The diagnosis was "go see a neurologist". I wish they would have told us that over the phone. We can self refer through our insurance. It is to find someone to look after the other kids, or to calm the nerves of the kid who thinks we are taking him to be stuck with hypodermic needles. Then there is there is the time an expense wasted. It's kinda par for the course since we moved to AZ.

My son has been sick off and on since starting preschool with a cough and fever. His last doctor kept calling it asthma only to later find out it was pneumonia after insisting on a chest X-ray. We switched to Dr Heck because of his good reviews. We saw him yesterday and couldn’t be more thrilled and satisfied with his thoroughness and patience while examining our son. He didn’t seem rushed, he focused on us and not on what was outside our door (other patients to see). He looked at everything to make sure he was growing and developing proper and even made us laugh in the process. We were also concerned with some swollen nodes on the side of his neck, while touching them you can see his focus and when he told me it was normal and why they are swollen I was confident he knew what he was talking about. We live in Gold Canyon so this office isn’t relatively close but I would drive anywhere for a good pediatrician. I’m so glad we found Dr Heck!! Oh and thank you to the staff for being kind and professional!! All around amazing place!

Unethical billing practice and unwilling to work with you. They charged me for a service I did not receive and they refuse to do anything about it. After I explained my situation, their billing person told me "I understand your frustration, but the person who made the mistake no longer works here so we have no way to verify it. we have to rely on what says in our papers." Their lack of customer service is unbelievable!

We love Healing Hearts! My son has been going there since birth and he is now 5. We also take our other two boys there as well and they have all received the best care. Dr. Romero is the absolute best, she is caring, thorough, great listener and gives the best care to my three boys. We have seen Dr. Heck a few times as well and he is so kind. He explains to my boys exactly what he will be doing, even down to checking their ears. He really puts the boys at ease. Highly recommend Healing Hearts for your kids, especially the two doctors mentioned above.

I have been a patient for many years and have been happy until they have made some recent changes. The front office staff is not helpful. They tell you one thing over the phone and then when you show up it is a completely different story. It is likely that I will be looking for a new office. I really liked them and was happy with my doctor but she has unfortunately left. I was willing to give the office a chance even after she left but quite frankly am not willing to tolerate the office staff in order to meet with the doctors.

Dr. Romero is awesome! But don’t go to the Gilbert office! The front desk lady was rude and the entire office is filthy ! I was very disappointed with that office especially since they were seeing my newborn . I felt very uncomfortable having my baby be in that environment Even the bathroom was unsanitary. I will only be going to the Queen Creek office from now on

I ams so glad I found healing hearts pediatrics when i was pregnant with my youngest who is now 18 months. They are wonderful and so friendly. Dr. Oliden is the best. She has been my kids doctor since the firat time we met at the hospital the day after my 18 mo old was born. She takes the time to listen to all my many questions and is so kid friendly. She doesnt treat you like a number but as a patient. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint i have is that i have had to leave a mesaage at the nurse line and have not received a call back as stated in the recording. That being said I think theybhave made some changes that have improved their service greatly. I highly recomend this office if your looking for one that can get you intonthe office usually the same day and actually cares about your child and their needs.
