Dr. Gondra and everyone working in her office are amazing. They get to know YOU as an individual and help you walk through the hard parts of infertility. My husband and I underwent a round of IVF here, which resulted in 13 healthy blastocysts. We chose to do an FET, and 9 months later we have our perfect son. None of this would have been possible without this fabulous clinic.

Dr Gondra is the absolute best! She takes her time and gives you all of her attention, takes time to hear your concerns and questions, and treats you like family. She is supportive and caring and has a great sense of humor. She and all her staff make you feel important and appreciated and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Infertility is a difficult condition to deal with and they are the best support group to have! While some other offices in Scottsdale/ Phoenix would have pushed me into using donor egg or refused to let me use my own eggs, they let me try and I was successful each time. While some other offices were more concerned with their own stats and making money, they help me find ways to afford testing, procedures, and medications and let me try using my own eggs and I ended up with 2 babies while over 40. They were very honest about success rates but ultimately let me make my own choices where other offices would not. While being straight and honest with me, they still respected me and my own decisions and supported me whatever I decided. That's rare to find in any medical practice let alone this one where offices are often based on success rates and are there to make money but Dr Gondra is there to help women and families. She explained everything , every step of the way, and was patient with us. That includes her staff too, the receptionist remembers everything and checks in with me to see how I'm doing and remembers my name. The embryologist is amazing and gentle and caring. Her medical staff really know what they are doing. I can't say enough good things about this place because even if I was unsuccessful I could not find one complaint. They will be there for you for the ups AND the downs. It can be a very difficult process but they are supportive and caring no matter what.

I can not say enough about our experience with Dr. Gondra and her staff! Dr. Gondra is personable, knowledgeable and I felt like she was truly invested in us and our desire to have a baby. Thanks to her we were able to get pregnant with our baby boy! When I had a miscarriage scare early on, Ann Collins was on call and called me throughout the weekend to check on me and gave me her personal cell number to call if I needed anything. I was so touched by the level of kindness and dedication Dr. Gondra, Ann, and the rest of the staff showed my husband and I. Luckily, everything worked out smoothly and our little boy is due soon. Dr. Gondra cares about a patient and doesn't just spend 15 minutes with you like a lot of doctors do. She tries to figure out what's going in by looking at the medical history and the current situation. I would highly recommend her if you went to a lot of OBGYN places and they haven't figure out your problem.

Dr Gondra and her staff are some of the most caring people around! I only wish that I would have found her sooner. From the first time I nervously called to make an appointment not knowing what to expect, Michelle was super helpful and provided many helpful detailed answers to all of my questions. I appreciate all the initial testing that Dr Gondra did to help figure out our plan A, B, and C. Within about a month and a half of our initial appointment, we found out we were finally pregnant (after trying for almost a year following a miscarriage)! Dr Gondra, didn’t stop there! Due to our previous miscarriage she closely monitored the growth of the baby every couple of weeks through ultrasound until we made it out of the first trimester. She was always so excited during each ultrasound to point out baby’s features and see the movement that the baby was making. This helped me so feel incredibly reassured that things were going well during the first trimester. I was sad to “graduate” onto a standard OB and have to leave Dr Gondra. Thank you Dr Gondra and team for helping to make our dreams at starting a family become a reality!

Please read my post before making an appointment here. I was fooled by the high rating so I have decided to write a post. I have pcos and the symptoms are getting worse so I went to this place to get diagnosed and get the help I need. After 30 minutes, the nurse practitioner gave me lab work and didn't listen to any of my concerns. Not only that, but I had to pay almost $500 out of pocket because she coded the claims in a way where the patient is responsible for out of pocket costs. This is NOT the place for simple preventive care. If that is what you are looking for, please keep searching. This place is a waste of time and money.

I have suffered with severe endometriosis for years. I was told after my daughter was born that I would never conceive again I had 7 different doctors tell me to give up the thought of another child. Doctor Gondra did laparoscopic surgery on me to remove all the endo. Once I was out of surgery Dr. Gondra informed me that I should have no trouble conceiving another child. I was shocked after 12 years i had the oppurtunity to be a mom again.This was exciting news to me because in the past doctors have wanted to remove everything. She put me on medication to get my hormones in check for a few months. Once I stopped the medication I was pregnant a month later. I thank her everyday when I see my beautiful little girl hold my finger and smile at me. Gondra truly gave me a miracle baby. If I had removed everything like I was told, my dream would not have come true. Once I had my baby I found out my sister was pregnant. She sent me an ultrasound picture and I noticed Gondra's name. My sister had no clue I too had seen Dr. Gondra. My sister informed me she too had issues conceiving. Dr. Gondra helped my sister get pregnant with her first child which is due in March. I am so blessed that both my sister and I were able to get pregnant and our little girls will grow up together. Thank you Dr. Gondra for getting us to where we both are now. We love you and are blessed to have met you. We promise to send you a picture of both of our babies together, because without you it would've been possible. Our parents have went from one grandchild to now having a 3rd one on the way. Thank you!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Gondra and Her NP Ann Collins. They are top notch!! I've been to several Gynecologists and Obgyns for my issues that everyone continued to tell me were normal. I finally found Dr. Gondra and Ann, who ended up listening to my symptoms and really taking everything down. Dr. Gondra was the first person to tell me that these things weren't normal. She did imaging and let me know I had a huge polyp causing me to bleed excessively and have extreme pain. With a symbol surgery she was able to fix everything. For the first time I have no pain and extremely easy periods. I also saw Ann for my well woman today and she is such a wonderful human with great bedside manner. She remembers everything from your chart and I couldn't believe all the things she cited back to me from a year ago. She makes all the stuff you have to go through as a woman easy! Thank you Gondra center!
