I called them to make an establish care visit and Heather was very professional and polite and they were able to schedule us in quickly with a next day appointment. We are very excited to establish with Dr. Dyson! We have now been with them for half a year and Dr. Dyson is very good with the kids and gives you a lot of useful information. It took a while to get a wellness checkup visit scheduled. For us it took about a month to get in. I now have the wellness visit scheduled a year out which they are able and willing to do which is nice and I know I will get the appointment on the date and time I need. Had to go in for a walk in and staff was very accommodating and the doctor was able to see us within a half hour. Quick, efficient visit that was also thorough. Very good Doctor. Highly recommend.

Dr Dyson is the best Pediatrician we have come across, so much so that we moved to Phoenix, and we still kept him as our daughter's doctor. He takes his time, answers any questions that you have, and is extremely detailed and thorough, which I appreciate. He helped us out so much as new parents, and cares about his patients very much. I would urge you to take your kids here, as I haven't ever encountered a pediatrician as skilled as Dr. Dyson.

I have been taking my kids to Dr Dyson's office for over 2 years now. We have always had the best experience when we go in. The staff are always comforting and respectful to us and other patients when we are there. II have never had a bad experience with anyone at Dr Dyson's clinic. Recently I had to take my youngest (1yr) to the walk in hours to be seen and she was able to see Dr Altomare that day. I had never met her prior to that day so I did not know what to expect from her but my daughter needed to be seen. When I finally met Dr Altomare I was surprised at how friendly she was. Especially since she was extremely busy with so many walk in patients that day. She took her time with my daughter and I and asked a lot of questions to find out what was wrong with my daughter. She definitely made us feel comfortable while we were there. She told what was wrong with my daughter and how to treat it. I did exactly what she told me to do and it worked like she said it would! I was very happy with her and already have my son's 5 year check up scheduled with her in a few weeks.

Did a great job doing my son's circumcision. Me and my husband were able to be in the room during the procedure and he answered all our questions. Baby didn't feel a thing. He called in the evening to see how our son was doing after the circumcision. Excellent doctor.

After calling pediatricians around the Gilbert area, none would do a circumcision on my my son, due to him being "too old," so when I found Dr. Dyson, I was happy to know, he performed circumcision's up to 3 months. When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff, who took very good care of us. After the procedure, Dr. Dyson was very knowledgeable in what I needed to do, as far as after care. What was really awesome, he called later that evening to check on my baby. I would definitely recommend him, in the future! Thank you Dyson Pediatrics for taking great care of us!

I will never go back here again! I came in for my son's 18 month wellness check, which doesn't require a copay. Dr. Dyson asked me how my son was doing with talking. As I was not prepared, I said that he spoke about 5 words on his own. Dr. Dyson said that we needed to see a speech therapist and an audiologist. That was the end of the conversation. I went home and started writing down all the words my son says and he says 21 words on his own. A few days ago I received a bill for $40 (my copay) in regards to that visit. I called Dr. Dyson's office and asked why I was being charged. They said it was because they had to talk about something outside the standard wellness check. I asked them what that was and they said it was about him talking. I told them that I didn't bring up anything about him talking, that Dr. Dyson did. They said that because I said he was only speaking about 5 words, which isn't the standard speaking level and that he needed to see specialists so the visit became about health and was the same as if I would've came in and said he had a rash or the flu. This is completely wrong! Because they didn't ask me to notate the words that he says ahead of time so that I could've been prepared for the visit they took advantage of a parent being caught off guard and charged them for it. They are looking for any way to get money and will take advantage of you the minute they get a chance. Even if they offer to refund me the $40 for my copay I will never go back there. I usually don't write reviews but I want make sure that any other parents that go there know that when they come in to this office they need to have every bit of their childs life written down in case the get a pop quiz and fail and receive a bill for it in the mail.

It has been a bumpy road leaving the hospital with our preemie, but dyson and price have been there for us every step of the way. They are very accommodating and knowledgeable. We are there weekly, if I had any complaints it would be that they aren't my own doctors haha! Our son is now nearly 3 months and thriving! We love Dyson Pediatrics and are so lucky they are a mile from our house. Thank you all for being so great!

I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY TWO GIRLS TO DR DYSON FOR ABOUT SIX YEARS AND LOVE THE STAFF AND DR. DYSON, ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. HE IS WONDERFUL WITH MY GIRLS AND TREATS THEM AS INDIVIDUALS NOT PATIENTS, NOT ONLY DOES HE CARE ABOUT THERE WELL BEING BUT ALSO WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THEM IN SCHOOL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS OFFICE.

Dr. Dyson is actually the best doctor. He’s very attentive, answers all your questions. He really is amazing. If you have an appointment there is little to no wait time which is a bonus. The only problem I have is his nurse is very insensitive.(one of them is. The rest are amazing) So if you call asking a question about your child’s health she’s very short and dismissive. I look past it because Dr. Dyson is amazing and there’s always little interaction with the nurses.

They didn't contact my pharmacy in time (they had over 5 hours to do so) and my 2 year old didn't get her antibiotic, she end up not sleeping half the night, coughing really bad and throwing up...

My son has seen Dr Altomare for the last year. She is absolutely the sweetest, most caring pediatrician he’s ever been to. We are so happy with her care. She makes him feel completely at ease and really listens to what is going on. She is very thorough and explains exactly why she is recommending the care she does. This billing department at this office is terrible. They said I had an over charge and I asked for a printed statement. When I got the statement things were listed that they did not perform. Therefore, they committed fraud against the insurance and me. I told the front desk lady, she said theres nothing she could do. 10 minutes later she said there was results, but my son never took the test they charged us for. Therefore, they lied about the test and put in results that were “made up.” It was a pass or fail test which made it easy to do. I will never go to this office again. The front desk staff are the worst!! To add: The office saw my negative review and a week letter we got a letter saying they noticed we were “dissatisfied” with their office and therefore would not be a physician for my children. Which we had already found a new doctor the same day this first incident happened. So unprofessional.

I give hands down to Dr. Price and his nurse, Joy. I absolutely love Joy. She has gone above and beyond making my three children feel so comfortable and has helped me so much when other people had turned us down with referrals and so on. I highly recommend this office, they even became like family in such short time.

We were looking for a highly qualified Dr for our sons circumcision. We came across Dr.Dyson, who was absolutely phenomenal. His staff was very welcoming and he walked us through the whole procedure and made us feel relieved. I had many questions for him and he was able to answer them all. He is very caring and compassionate. He gave us a call to check up on our son and I don't think I've ever had a Dr physically call, it's usually his staff! I recommend Dr. Dyson because you will be in great hands! Thanks so much for the wonderful experience!

Would never recommend Dyson pediatrics, for one Dr. Altomare is highly unprofessional. Entire time we were there she was too busy talking about her air force career diagnosed my 3 month old incorrectly. Front office staff unprofessional towards patients. This place is a joke.

I really love this place with dr. Price and stuff. He is an amazing dr. But today I was there and the lady Dr.shannon just almost wouldn't have no for an answer. Like I don't want my kids to have a flu shot because nurses don't want the flu shot. she didn't seem happy about that either. The lady that was in the room with us that gave my kids his other shots which I allow the look on her face I don't know if she was stunned on how sure I was about not getting it and my facts behind why I don't or the fact how the dr was so persistent. Other then that Dr price and dyson are great. And the nurse are OK too

I am very grateful to have Dr. Dyson as the pediatrician for our children. Our youngest daughter was born with torticollis which he diagnosed immediately, starting her on physical therapy right away. The physical therapist was raving constantly how wonderful it was that she was sent so young to correct the issue, which can cause very serious problems later in life if not addressed early on. Thank you Dr. Dyson!

This is a great Doctor's office.... I feel like Dr. Dyson is genuinely interested in my children's health. He takes the time to sit and talk with you about how they are doing. The ladys in the front are great as well.
