Horrible experience on July 6th with Nurse Practitioner-Victoria Campbell. She left my child on the patient table with a tube in her chest and refused service. She did not apologize nor did she take accountability for her unprofessional behavior. We will never go here again. Even the office supervisor-Terry, made excuses for her staff's behavior. Patient care and respect are key. If looking for that-do not go here.

This was our first time at the Surprise location and the wait time was 30 minutes. Even though we had arrived on time and there were no patients when we got there, those who showed up after us by 10-15 minutes still got seen before we did. Once we got called they left us in the room for about 23 minutes with no air conditioning on and our baby was sweating so badly. The whole check up itself took maybe 10 minutes but we were here for over an hour and were not too please with our entire visit.

I wish this place had been around when my oldest was little. 18 years of different pediatricians and I've not really been thrilled about any of them. I love this office. The staff always treats my kids very well. Always friendly. They never make you feel like it's a cattle call.

Excellent service all around! Front desk staff was nice and friendly. Few paperwork to fill out and we were called in right on time. No wait time! Jessica, the nurse, was efficient in checking us in and worked to prepared the kids for the doctor. Dr. Pitts never rushed throughout the appointment time, she addressed all our concerns, speak with the kids, and provided sound advices. After visiting other Pediatrics in the area with long wait time and dealing with staff that operates inefficiently, I couldn't ask for more from this office. Thank you Dr. Pitts and staff at DV Peds!

Waited over an hour in the room before my child was seen. Very rude staff. Front desk was talking for a while before they would even check my child in. SMH

The Dr.'s have always been nice and thorough....ive been bringing my daughters here for 10 years...my only issue is they never seem busy....and we WAIT more then 45+ minutes EVERYTIME we come?! We get right back and wait for the dr in the room...even though non of the other rooms are filled and nobodys in the waiting room? EVERY TIME

All three of my kids go to this office and I love it! They take such good care of my babies and I never leave unsure of anything! The front desk staff is amazing and I'm sure glad I picked them to help and watch my babies grow! I've had every physician in that office and love all of them the same!

My Children and now my Grandchild comes here their Doctor is Rudy Serino. I recommend him and his fellow Doctors to all my friends who have kids or grandkids. He is the kind of Doctor he never rushes you and hears what issues are effecting my kids health problems. The front & Back office ladies are the sweetest never rude always as nice as the last time we where there.. If you want a GREAT Doctor then here they are.

If your child is on an antidepressant and runs out, beware they wont refill the prescription without an evaluation from an outside source. So in the meantime your child will not have medication until that is done so they can deal with possible withdrawal symptoms. Victoria Cambell is the uncaring nurse practitioner you will have to deal with at this location in Surprise. We will be taking our child elsewhere.

We started bringing our son here 9 months ago having relocated to Surprise. From the first time, we have been impressed with the office staff, nurses and Doctors. We do not have a long time to be seen, the phone triage nurses are great and everything is verified prior to your arrival at the office. The check in is fast, the nurses are so nice and informative and the Doctors patient and thorough. We love DV Pediatrics! Thank you for the great service and don't change a thing.

Dr misdiagnosed multiple issues. Seems like he didn't want to take the initiative to find a real solution. Lazy or incompetent. And it's a shame because he was so nice. But our daughter is paying for his inaction now. Use a different doctor if you value your little one. Also the nurses are very mean and unsympathetic toward the kids... terrible pediatrics.

Excellent service with Victoria Campbell. She is the best Nurse practitioner for my grandbaby, I wouldn't change anything about her. She takes time out to listen to the child, and the parents. When you leave her office, you won't have to question yourself about her service, you will leave with all your questions answer about your child. My grandbaby said to me Granmmie this doctor is a keeper☺ Malika Moore is a keeper also best MA. I know she gets her job done.

The doctor here, Vicky Campbell, is so incredibly rude. I took my nephew for a routine physical and was shocked at how she was treating him. He didn’t recall taking a medication two years ago and she treated him like he was lying. My nephew even asked me why she hated him so much. This isn’t the first time he’s seen her and she treats him like this every time. That is never a feeling a child should get from their doctor. If you’re considering going here, request someone else. That’s all I can say. The actual office and front office staff is fine.

They lost 2 patients over a 40 dlrs extra charge, doctor was charging for supposed to draining my daughter ear. I keep denying paying for something that wasn't done, i was in the room with my daughter and doctor, and she did NOT clean or drain my daughter ears, I can go over so many negative things about this office, but as at today I chose to take my girls somewhere else

They do not treat us as if they care for my son. We have been with them for 7 months and i will not be taking my son back. There has been nothing but issue after issue with this office. Fromt office has always been nice but there med professionals not at all!

Love seeing Dr. Serino! We live closer to the 108th Ave office and would much rather drive 45+ mins to go see him. He is great with the kids!
