The BEST pediatrician here is Dr.Cluff. He takes the time to listen to any concerns, has an answer to all of our questions and has such a welcoming personality. My two kids are always relaxed when it's time to go get a check up or if they're sick and a lot of that is because Dr. Cluff has been so great with them. I've had other pediatricians at this office due to last minute scheduling and I did not like either of them. So if it isn't Dr. Cluff, then we aren't going lol.

Good pediatricians but rude receptionists. The fat receptionist is always rude and looks at you like if youre wasting her time makes you feel unwelcomed. I will be changing office to a friendly staff enviroment!

My children have been coming here for about 4 yrs and and as a parent I couldn't ask for a better doctors office. Most parents are looking for offices by the pictures if it looks nice, and assuming the service is great because of the picture..... The different between them an this office. They are GREAT. The office strives on making sure your children are taken care of not what you persevere of the waiting room and the bathrooms. Get over yourself.

They’re NOT what they used to be! Both ballpark and 108th Avenue locations are terrible. No one should have to wait an hour in a room to be seen when you have set appointments! And then these doctors have the nerve to be in and out with a diagnosis in 2mins. Wth? Want a real clean and great staff open til 7pm with the doctor you ACTUALLY want? Go to mvp kids care, in Avondale.

My boys are patients of the office . Really appreciate the prompt service. Unfortunately sometimes you don't get to see the same doctor. Most of the times the boys see different nurses that keep changing. The assistants are very friendly, welcoming, and professional! Most of all caring .

I only come here because of Dr.Cluff! My baby is 5 months and he is very knowledgeable. I recently moved to Goodyear, and I do have a closer office to me but will continue going here because of my sons awesome doctor! He takes the time to make sure all our questions are answered. I do recommend you scheduling your child with him if choosing this office.

They tell you to go elsewhere if you do not comply to their immunization schedule nor allow you to decide on vaccines. Very distrustful. Although I made it very clear from the beginning that my child would not be vaccinated, they waited until my child was about 3 months to tell us they could not treat anymore. Yes, your friendly Dr. Cluff. Vaccines are where the money is so I understand.

My two sons have been patiens of Desert Valley Pediatrics for over 3 years with private insurance. i got an emergency sitiaton with both so i called to schedule appointment. my copay its 40 per child rest is insurance i asked if i could pay half @ visit time and rest in week later and services were rejected to my sons for that reason.
