Dr. Krieg is amazing I cannot say enough about her expertise! I've been bringing all three of my children here since 2008 and have never been disappointed or rubbed the wrong way. I've been a lil late before and if possible they will work you in, I think everyone knows once you hit the 15 min mark you are gonna have to reschedule with ANY office but they always put a 100% towards their patients needs!

Love both Drs. Have seen Dr Novy mostly but I have been taking both my kids here for 12 years now and found them to be timely and appropriate in scheduling and wait time. Any time they have been sick I have been able to get them in that same day. Thank you Oasis for caring so well for my family!

If I could give this establishment a zero I would. The billing/Office manager is a very horrible person. Be careful and watch how she bills your visits because if she makes a mistake her response is, "oh well we will just bill you"! We left this doctor in August but we are still having billing issues because she simply didn't do her job.

I had been bringing my children here since 2008 things have slowly declined, Dr's are VERY pushy when it comes to vaccines! I've always voiced my worries about them and she always comes backs to tell me your child will NOT be let in school if you do not get this vaccine, but come to find out my child can go to school I just need to sign if form that States I have declined the vaccine. On my very last visit I declined a MMR shot after speaking with my husband and left the office I was then called back by the manager who is extremely rude and started insisting that I come back to the office within 14 minutes to give my son the MMR or I would be charged $200 she literally started doing a count down over the phone and was ignoring everything that was said and yes I was billed to $200.

We have been taking our daughter to Dr. Krieg since we moved here about a year and a half ago, she was great with our daughter and we were very lucky that we really only had to go in for well visits (a few sick appointments here and there). Anytime we have had to get in for a visit (sick or well) we are able to get in quickly and on the days/times that work for us. We had a baby in June and started taking him to Dr. Krieg as well. She has been WONDERFUL to work with for our son. We had some allergy issues early on and she did a great job of working with us through that time. Eventually we did have to get a referral for him, but until that point she was extremely helpful. We also had some issues with our insurance and her and her staff have been great to work with helping us in every way they can. The have provided our insurance all the documents we need to try to get our appeal to go through. (Props to Jaimy for ALLLL of her help!!)

Super happy with our experience there. The waiting room was perfect, it kept my boys entertained. The staff was so patient and kind to my wild guys. The doctor really listened and made recommendations and referrals that were needed and was so kind and patient. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend the practice, especially for first time parents. As a first time parent I had many questions and concerns which handle very poorly by Sharon Novy, M.D. She did not take my comments seriously when I was informing her of my newborn constipation and spit ups. Dr Novy seem to be annoyed, frustrated with my comments and questions not only that she belittled my opinions. One night my son had a very high fever which I took him to the ER because I was worried. I told the Doctor at the ER exactly what I had been telling "Dr". Sharon Novy. The doctor then took xrays and showed how full of my baby's intestines were. He gave my newborn a suppository, my son get well soon after that and never had that problem again! That is when I decided to switch pediatrics!! NEVER GOING BACK

Rude staff. I called to make an appt for a regular check up and also have my son's ear checked. The receptionist told me that I need 2 separate appts for that. I reasoned with her that i don't want my son to miss school twice and also I don't want to pay 2 dr's visits. Well, she didn't really care and continued that is their policy. This is not worth it anymore. It's not like the dr see my kids right away when we check in for our appt. We still have to wait at least 30 mins. Plus rude staff = time to find another Pedia w/ professional staff.

Dr. Kreig to me, holds values to a single parent. She does not look at or view both parents as equals. Very recently, I was under investigation by DCS and Chandler PD for sexual assault against my 3 year old daughter. It turns out that it was diaper rash and something that my 3 year old daughter said. My daughters mother and I have had a contentious relationship after splitting, but Dr. Krieg does not take those things into consideration. After investigations were over, and it was proven nothing was done wrong, myself and mother took our daughter to Dr. Krieg, and Dr. Krieg did not want to look with me or even acknowledge me. Dr. Novi was sent in to examine our daughter. So if you are a single parent, with problematic issues with the other parent of your child, Dr. Krieg is not for you. She will side with one parent, most likely the mother, and not with the other. She also has no forensic, or child psychological experience and will issue DCS complaints just because the other parent thinks so. I would formally like to request Dr. Krieg and her office to recuse themselves of care from our daughter and recommend another doctor that is pro dual parenting.

We have been seeing Dr. Novy at this office for 9 years and now all 3 of my children see her. I have one that is considered medically fragile and she is amazing at keeping up with all of his notes and appointments even when he is not there. If we are there with a different kid she is still up to date with our medical child's constant records and trips. We LOVE the staff and nursing they know us and our kids. We have always been able to get same day sick appointments and even most times within an hour or 2. Even having moved 45 minutes away from her office we still make the drive to see Dr. Novy because she is that great! We highly recommend her and this office.

We've been going here for about 2 years, I've never had a problem with either of the doctors. I realize doctors have waits and some days you may wait longer than others, but most of the time we are seen within 5-10 minutes. I'm not a first time parent and use my judgement when they suggest things. Also we all really like Jaimy, she's good with all my kids and puts them at ease.

Dr. Novy is such a joy. She is thorough, patient, understanding, and listens very closely to the "mom-gut". She got my 9 month old through a yucky case of RSV. My 3 year old adores her and is always so excited to see her. He gives her a big hug and she listens intently to all his little stories. If either of my kids are ever upset, as soon as they see her, they calm down immediately. She is kind, fun, knowledgeable and explains everything very clearly. The nurses have always been wonderful, happy, and loving. I have absolutely loved my experience with Oasis Pediatrics so far.

We have been with Dr. Krieg for many years know. I had been looking for a Dr. just like her, who not only take her time to explain things to me and my kids but also listens to me. I haven't found another place like this. I call when my kids are sick and they take us in the same day. The most time I wait to be seen is 10. I'm really greatful for Dr krieg and her staff.

We have been going here for almost 16 years. We’ve always been able to get in for an appointment any time we’ve needed to. Dr Novy is very caring and compassionate. We moved over 25 miles away from the office but we still make the trip for excellent care.

Horrible experiences both times i went there. Dr kriegg is rude and pushy and rubbed my husband and i the very wrong way. Office staff was also very rude. On the phone and in person. I cant say enough about how ugly of a bedside manner dr kriegg showed to us both times our son saw her. We switched pediatricians right away after the 2nd time seeing her. We were so unhappy. She seemed very judgemental and pushy about her thoughts or wants about what your child needs or should have done. We will never recommend her to anyone we know or dont for that matter. She was very rough with our newborn and pushy about immunizations. Horrible experience! Completely apalled at the way she handles herself as a provider and her staff seems to take after her attitude wise. We switched providers and thank god we did. The waits are long,both times we waited 45 minutes about and one of the visits we were the first appt of the day. Their well/sick sides for patients to enter arent seperated at all. And theres one entrance for both sides. Not sure why they even have signs saying "well" "sick". Hope others experiences arent as terrible as ours were. Dr kriegg needs some lessons on compassion,being open,understanding and kind. Id give zero stars if it were possible. For her and her staff.

I'm so happy we found Dr. Novy when I was pregnant with our first son 12 yrs ago. We now have 3 children receiving care there and have always received exceptional treatment from the doctor & medical assistants. It is clean, they have fun patient rooms, and a great waiting room with separation between well/sick children. Dr. Novy is always very attentive, thorough, & takes the time to address concerns. We have seen Dr. Krieg a couple times as well & have had nice experiences. I highly recommend them!

I am such a young mom and a first time mom also. I love my kreig and her nurse. They always answer my questions without getting irritated when I call the office. I am so greatful to have found such an amazing pediatrician. I wish she could be my doctor too! Haha

I had a lot of difficulty finding a pediatrician nearby that was not only accepting patients but also only accepting patients who would be receiving their vaccinations. There are also "sick" and "well" areas in the waiting room. The staff and Dr. Krieg have been wonderful and professional, and I look forward to having them help me care for my son.

I have been taking my three kids to Dr. Novey for about 5 years now, and I don’t know why. She was great with them as infants when they were healthy but as they grow and have different needs she would dismiss issues with each of my kids. These issues led to emergency room visits, two surgery’s that she wasn’t the referring doctor for and having to go see a specialist for a skin fungus that was obviously spreading to my other kids that she refused to believe was anything more than eczima. I have finally had a enough and am sad to say goodby to her support staff that was awesome. I wouldn’t recommend taking any child unless they are 100% healthy.

I would not take your children to this pediatrician!!! They are awful!! Dr. Krieg is a horrible doctor!!! We are reporting her. She saw my son twice and wanted me to stop breastfeeding and formula feed as he was not gaining that much weight. She went ahead to say he was extremely healthy but needed to gain weight. She never offered me any support of any kind. She wanted to admit him to the hospital even though he was healthy. We told her we were going to get a 2nd opinion and she said we could do what we wanted but she was discharging him as a patient immediately and calling CPS on us. We went to Agave Pediatrics the next day and immediately they told us our son had tongue-tie. Dr. Krieg didn't even check for this she just wanted to send him to the hospital and discharge him as her patient. Wow what a great doctor!! She is a horrible human being!!!! How dare she try to call me an unfit mother and call CPS on me!!!! She obviously in an unfit doctor to not even look and see our son has tongue-tie!!!! We are looking into legal ramifications!!

I was referred to this office in high regard by my neighbor who has two young children. I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. Dr. Krieg is really attentive to our concerns and asks how our other child is doing if they aren't present. The waiting room is clean, has some fun toys, a children's movie is usually playing and there is a cool salt water aquarium that helps to entertain my kids while we wait. Unlike the a few other unidentified reviewers, we arrive on time because we know it takes a long time to get our kids ready. We always plan to be there 15 minutes early since there is sometimes paperwork that needs to be completed and it is a great waiting room anyway.

I have been taking my four kids to see Dr. Novy for many years. She is an amazing doctor who genuinely cares about the children she sees. She looks at each child as a whole, not just focusing on simple symptoms. At wellness check she asks question about each area of development and provides thorough and helpful advice in all areas. Dr Novy does not rush through each patient to get to the next, but instead will spend the time to answer all your questions and help problem solve any concerns. She has helped my kids though each small aliment I;'ve brought them in for and has even helped us make treatment plans on major concerns as well. She is an extremely knowledgeable, approachable and patient doctor. Also, I have been very pleased with each nurse and office specialist I have interacted with. They are also always polite and patient.

I used to live in Gilbert and took my son there since we moved from Utah when he was 6, now he is 15 and we had moved again to Cave Creek area and decided to keep Dr. Novy. All was good until today when I was 10 minutes behind on our appointment since traffic was horrific. I called the office to let them know and the receptionist told us that we have to reschedule, seriously? I drove 1 hour for my loyalty to them and this is how they say thank you? Never again, we are looking for another doctor. Thank you front desk staff !

I've been going here for the past three years because it was the office my insurance at the time assigned to us. I absolutely hated the care we received and I will never go back. My two children both have severe allergies and went ten straight weeks with a runny nose, sunken in eyes... clearly miserable. I was told, "Children get sick often, it's just a cold." I was talked down to, felt like I was being paranoid and sure enough, both kids have hay fever and I was given multiple helpful solutions at another office. Every single time I came here, I get the, "It's just a cold". They brush us off every time. unprofessional and clearly uncaring of their patients. Not to mention, the front desk staff... whichever girl I spoke to today was so extremely rude, I almost lost it. My son was having stomach pains and instead of going to an urgent care, I decided to go here, since they're open on Saturdays. I'm not a fan of the office, but figured it was a better alternative than urgent care. (bad decision on my end) The receptionist informed me that they don't take patients unless I choose them to my child's PCP.... Which, is all well and good, I would've accepted that answer, except her condescending/rude attitude was so unnecessary. You can politely tell someone you aren't accepting patients and she did not. Her exact words were, "Well, were not an urgent care, so you can just go somewhere else." They've treated us badly from the moment we came in the first time. I should've just bit the bullet and paid a true doctor somewhere else. This place is a joke!

Complaint: Dr Krieg was intimidating and threatening when we disclosed that we had been and wanted to continue to breast feed 100% for up to a year. She offered no support, no Lactation nurse on staff, no knowledge of the subtleties of breastfeeding compared to formula feeding of which she was prompting us to do because he was not gaining enough weight based on a chart for formula fed infants. She never offered to recommend a lactation specialist, nor were there any signs of the guidelines set forth by the state and the AAP in her office. She went on further in threatening to call CPS if we did not submit our otherwise healthy baby to a hospital immediately. Evidence: No signage in the office. No lactation nurse/specialist on staff. Other Info: DHS, AAP and the Arizona AG's office are all being cc'd and contacted to file formal complaints by end of business day today as well.

This office is a joke. We have been going to Dr Novy and Dr Kraig for THIRTEEN years!!! We had an outstanding balance due of $90 that I was told we could pay at our next appointment. I then get a voicemail telling me that we have been dismissed from the office after 13 years because I hadn't made the payment yet and that they were cancelling my 1 year old's appointment. Yes, the same appointment that we had agreed to make the $90 payment at. I have over $2,000 on my FLEX card, so the $90 wasn't an issue. Getting to the office with five kids was the issue. What horrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Dr. Novy is unprofessional, careless, egotistical, and disrespectful. She saw my son multiple times for a chronic rash. She kept passing it off as eczema and told us not to worry about it. As it kept getting worse we asked her for a referral to see a dermatologist. She said and I quote "I've been to a dermatology seminar, so I'm just As qualified as a dermatologist", and refused to let us see any type of specialist. During this discussion she continuously talked over us in a very aggressive manner, which was extremely frustrating and uncomfortable. Needless to say we've switched pediatricians and found out from a specialist that my son didn't have eczema, it was actually an allergic reaction. We never would have known about this if we'd stuck with Dr. Novy. I highly recommend seeing a different pediatrician who is professional, knowledgeable, and caring.
