This office and there staff are rude ....my husband and child walked miles in the sun to go to his appt and because they wrote the wrong time they turned him around I have never dealt with such discare or disregard to someone

Took four children, they said our appointment was at one time and when we got there it was a different time. (not first appointment) Waited almost 2 hours at one appointment and finally had to leave without being seen. Ended up in urgent care after work, rather than being seen by the doctor. The doctor gave us a hard time when asking for a specialist referral, and tried to say that there was no such specialist in Tucson. When we told her who the specialist was she gave the referral. Would not change my husband to primary contact and claimed they needed to speak to me first, even though we are still married, they asked for custody paperwork.... Bad, bad experience and have since changed providers.

I was "assigned" to this center when I had my baby. The staff looks mean when you first walk in but they're actually pretty friendly and helpful and the nurses are nice. Our doctor is dr. Nomaan and he's very friendly and gentle with my baby and he's also very informative and answers all my questions. I also have gone to Frank Davis who was very rough with my baby and told me things that I already knew. All and all I reccomend this place they're very fast and friendly.

I have been taking my child to Children's Medical Center for 5 years. The office staff is very accomodating, friendly, and professional. My daughter love's Dr. Nomaan. He always remembers details that we talked about at the last visit to make her smile. I love the fact that there is availability on the weekend and after 5 if my daughter is sick. Thank you Children's Medical Center for being there for us. :)

I wish I had never taken my kids here. The staff are all incredibly rude, and even though I haven’t brought my kids to them for over a year and am out of state at this point, dealing with them to get my kids records has been a complete nightmare. Not to mention that the doctors there seem to be completely incompetent. My oldest had a severe tongue tie for 3 years and when I brought it up to the dr I was brushed off, it wasn’t until her dentist asked me about the tie that I finally decided to get my kids out of their care. If you’re looking for a pediatrician that actually cares about your kids or your family, DO NOT BRING THEM HERE.

Fast and easy, I trust Dr. Shultz. The office is clean, and the staff is friendly, and I'm always satisfied to come to Children's Tucson Medical Center.

Excellent staff.

You take forever to sign and give back physical papers to student athletes. Nice and very friendly people, but I feel you're all getting lazy and taking too long to do one thing or the next taking up so much time to do little things

While the front office staff is very friendly dr.Waber is a pain to work with. She called my daughter fat directly to her face as if there isn't enough reasons for a girl to be self conscious these days. Her choice of terminology when dealing with all of our children was very unprofessional. She refused to take into account that my youngest was 6 weeks premature and was basically saying he was dumb for not hitting early milestones. I am happy to say we have moved all 3 children to a better doctor who is much more professional. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone who doesn't want their children to have a complex. I still have to explain to my daughter that she isn't fat her height just hadn't caught up which it now has. I will continue to post negative reviews across the social media scape until this is addressed.

I have been bringing our kids here for their immunizations. I would prefer to use El Dorado Urgent Care as I like their bedside manner better but, they don't do immunizations. I found out about these guys from my OBGYN after he delivered our youngest so I just stuck with them. They are very efficient and good. I really like Dr. Dan Cadwallader the best. I have seen other doctors there but he's my standout fave. He takes time to answer questions and not talk down to you or rush. He's very good with the doting mother who gets her medical questions from the internet! While I don't know how they are urgent care wise, which they do offer some extended hours for parents who work or quick emergencies like cold/flu complications, I haven't had to use them for that. It is good to know I could if I wanted, though.
