My husband, kids and I love Dr Waber as much as she loves our kids. She's a great pediatrician. However I would've given 5 stars but the office staff is incompetent and rude. If you question them they give dirty looks and make snarky comments back. My oldest is 11 and has been going here since she was born in 2005. We lived in San diego for 3 years due to military and since we've been back (2.5yrs now) this office has gone downhill . Again Dr Waber is amazing but the office staff makes this place crappy. The front office staff needs a class on bedside manner and to get their know it all attitudes in check. Most times parents do know better and parents know their kids but the office staff ugh there's just no other words. CMC if you read this, please please retrain your front office staff. The drs are amazing but they, office staff, make this place crappy.

I have brought my children here for 8 years. I have seen many of the Doctors in those eight years. I appreciate that even if I can't get into see my child's pediatrician on short notice, they will make sure to get them in with a doctor who can quickly. It seems they have had a turn over in staff lately. Everyone is super friendly and caring when my Husband or I call the office. The late and Saturday hours are a life-saver for full-time working parents like us. So nice to not have to drag my kids to the Urgent care or ER and wait forever. I love Children's Medical Center and the staff and the care my children receive with them. FIVE STARS FOR ME!!!

They are never on time for anything. Everytime i come here for an appointment i have to wait 40 mins past my appointment time. The ladies in the front are always talking non stop. No one is ever doing their job. I used to love the doctors. But lately they have this IDC attitude. Been coming here for 4 years and they still dont know my kids name. Kids are always running around know one controls their kids at all. Will be switching immediately.

I just learned today that our daughter's pediatrician Dr. Dan, is no longer at Children's Medical Center. 9 years of service. No phone call. No letter. I am completely heart broken. I wish Dr Dan well journeys. We will miss you!

I took my daughters to these doctors since they were born, my older daughter was referred to another doctor for leg discomfort and we were unable to take her right away both my daughters were dropped. No warning letter or anything. It seems that if you don't make their partners money in an orderly fashion they will drop you right away.

All of my children went to CMC of Tucson from birth till 18. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Not a long wait either. New parents this is the place to take your bundle of joy. Not to mention after hours appts and Saturdays.

My baby is 4 in half months , I needed paper work for WIC and it took me HOURS to get ahold of the front desk , and when I do get to finally talk to someone I get hanged up on ! Not even that I get a mean attitude from my baby's original doctor! I finally saw another doctor ( Dr. Noman ) he is the best doctor, he's the reason this place is getting 4 starts !

I love the staff and doctors. Dr.nomaan is the best. My 3 month old is seen by him and he’s the most caring with him. He makes him feel comfortable and smile. Very great with kids. I def recommend this place and him. Always sees my son when sick and CMC is open for same day visits to avoid the hospital. -Karina V

Terrible office management, and the nurse assigned to us is very unprofessional. For example, they did warm the scale before giving to our newborn. Anyway, this is the first and last time visit this location. Absolutely hate this place.

The staff is great. Their extended hours and days available are very convenient. The staff has always been very nice in person and on the phone. Dr. Waber is a very good pediatrician. I have had nothing but good experiences here. I recommend Children's Medical Center of Tucson to all parents out there.

If I could I wouldn't even give him a star , This Doctors is so unprofessional , he really doesn't care about his patients at all . My son was given a referral to see this Dr. the referral was around March 2015 my son was given an appointment for June But he rescheduled him to September . The Dr got to see my son on September 2015 , he made an appointment to give me the results early October , He rescheduled the same day of the appointment . I've tried millions of times to contact him and he will never call me back or my husband , no even my son's PCP . today's date is 02/15/2016 they will refer my son to another neurologist because this one is a very very VERY unprofessional ''Doctor'' . Please Don't let him fool you like he did with me and my sister in law as well :) , lesson learn I will research my next Dr before letting me get scheduled . Thank you . DONT LET YOU BE REFERRED TO THIS DOCTOR PLEASE ! HORRIBLE ! DR. David Romo Hermosillo !

I've been brining my two children here since they were born and I absolutely love this practice! The front office ladies are very sweet and accomodating. The medical assistants always introduce themselves to my kids and me when they call us back. My children have been seen by almost all the physicians at the office for sick visits, but Dr. Nomaan is hands down my favorite physician at this clinic. The office is open after 5pm and on Saturdays which is a great feature for when my kids are sick and I don't want to take them to an urgent care. I would never go to a different pediatrician because they arre well-taken care of here at Children's Medical Center.

The staff that come from Midvale location are the best. But this location is so hard to get ahold of for appointments and they're a few receptionist that are rude on the phone and other staffing are nice. There's a couple of Dr's that are great like Dr Davis.

I have been going to this office for about a year now and I absolutely love the place! The staff is extremely nice and the same day sick appointments are a convenience. Granted you have to call first thing in the morning because they do get a full schedule, but they do have extended evening hours which is great since I work full time! Dr Nomaan is the sweetest most caring man I have ever met and he gives his patients the care and attention they need. I've met the majority of the docotrs at the office and they are all very caring towards their patients. Love this place!

We have been coming for 3 years now! Dr. Nomaan is awesome! He always makes us feel like we are the only patient he has. He is kind, respectful, and always listens to our concerns. Rarely is our appointment late, however, on the rare occasions, I am more than willing to wait for such personalised care. The front desk and other office staff has always been friendly and helpful. Patricia has always gone above and beyond, from helping us schedule appointments, to making sure we are preauthorized with our insurance company for our visit. I highly recommend this Doctors office for your childrens care. Thank you all for taking such good care of our little princess.

Good doctors, very helpful staff when needed and flexible when I need to change appointment days. Really happy they're available on weekends incase of emergencies or concerns with my kids. Needs an updated look and better play area when the kids are waiting. But other then that it's really nice to see how attentive they are with my kids.

Dr. Nomaan and his staff are wonderful. Always friendly and so nice. Dr. Nomaan is great with my children and always makes them feel so comfortable. He has a funny, wonderful and caring personality. All the staff truly cares about their patients. They make us feel welcomed and take care of business. Thank you for all your amazing work! We love Children’s Medical Center and although I moved, I will travel 1hr + away. Update: Wait time can be pretty long depending on which Dr. sometimes I have to see someone other then Dr. Nomaan and I definitely don’t like when I do. Not the same experience.

I've been taking my kids here for 6 years now and I've never had any issues with the front office staff or any of the nurses or any of the doctors. I don't ever have to wait long for my appointment time we're always called to the back fairly quickly and even when we're waiting in the room it doesn't take that long for a doctor to come in. Every person that works there is always accommodating and informative when I've had to ask questions. If there was any paperwork that I needed to get from the doctor's office they usually get it done in a reasonable amount of time and they've always called me to let me know that it's available for pick-up. I'm surprised to see all of these negative reviews because not once in the six years that I have been bringing my children here have I ever had any issues. Anytime I've had to get my children in, I've always been able to get them in the same day without any issues, very rarely sometimes the next day which is definitely not unreasonable.

I have taken my son here since birth. The staff have always been good and accommodating to me. Only once (in my son’s 11 years) did I have to go to Nextcare because they had no appointments available. My son really likes Dr Nomaan the most out of all the doctors there. He also liked Dr Christine but he connected well with Nomaan. My son had very bad asthma earlier in life and they really helped him and me. I highly recommend!

Love going here my kids have been with the Children’s medical center of Tucson sense they where babies all the doctors and staff are amazing and of course my kids main doctor, doctor Davis is the best my kids love seeing him every time we go in for are visit. Any time we need something we just call and the girls leave him a message and he gets to it right away we never have to wait for anything. So again thank you everyone at this office without you guys I think it wouldn’t be so easy to make sure my kids stay strong and healthy.

They do not answer the phones during lunch hours. If you call between the hours of 11-2 they seem to be under staff. When I called the phone was ringing for about 20 minutes.

Doctors are fantastic! Except for Dr Manansala. She is horribly rude. Billing office are incompetent and unhelpful as well as the office manager. I am going to file a complaint with the Arizona Dept. Of Insurance and the Better Business Bureau. They don't care about their patients or families, just the almighty dollar.

This place is horrible. You make an appointment and get seen an 1 hour 20min later, but god forbid you come in late. The office staff refused to give me a note for my daughters school to excuse her absence. Kolleen who is the “center coordinator” also refused. This is a business not a medical center. 95% of the time I walk out with my time Waisted No medication or anything to help my child. Not to mention every visit is rushed and they get so bothered when you ask questions to understand your child’s medical needs!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! This place should be shut down!!! Not to mention Dr Manansala during one visit stated that she felt bad for me for having 4 children!! Guess who feeds you Dr Manansala, my children do!
