Very inefficient and slow appointment scheduling process. Front desk only schedules well-being or physicals. For urgent appointments they transfer you to the nurse's voicemail and you have to wait for nurse to give you a call back to schedule a "sick" appointment! At other pediatrician offices the front desk is solely responsible for appointment scheduling not the nurse!!! The doctor Starcesky did not renew prescription over the phone when my son had asthma crisis and I ran out of medicine. On Friday the office is open only a half of the day. Go to urgent care instead - it is quick and no red tape.

Horrible experience. Never saw a doctor. The front desk staff especially Dani are rude and manipulative. Takes weeks to have them assess you to see if you are good enough to be their patient. My children are immunized and in good health and they stated that their views did not match mine in regards to immunizations. They are stuck up!

Front staff is great, Dr. Eicher and Dr. Graham are absolutely amazing!! They listen and explain things carefully. As first time parents they have given us peace of mind that our baby is happy and healthy.

Our family loves Dr. Starceski and all the office staff. I would highly recommend Casas Adobes Pediatrics to anyone looking for a pediatrician. Dr. Starceski listens to our concerns, takes them seriously and has so much experience. Also very kind and really goes above and beyond. We are so impressed and feel very lucky to have him as our twins’ pediatrician.

Horrible doctors office They dismiss kids if you have 3 no shows but my question is how can your child have 3 no shows if your new to that practice and have only made 3 appts for your children and went to both of those appts and one was cancelled the night before due to issues with insurance... the staff is rude and it’s a shame because Dr. starceski is an amazing dr he’s been my daughters doctor since birth she’s 11 now... it’s like if you have ahcccs they dismiss you.. horrible how patients are treated when the mistake was the offices fault

I called before hand about this office being considered and taking patients whose parents after much research, prayer and time have decided to decline some or all vaccinations. They said they did went ahead with scheduling my appointment. When I showed up for my appointment Dr. Graham to my face told me they were pro vaccination and I needed to find another pediatrician. That’s fine, but at least be honest with your patients and put that statement on your website that you won’t be offering care to everyone.

All 5 of our kids have been cared for by this office. We always have a great experience and feel well cared for. We really like the doctors and NP. The staff is always helpful.

The staff here are all great. Our kids have been seeing Dr Eicher for years. She knows our kids and is great with them. She takes the time to get to know the whole family and is very attentive to our kids health needs.

Unfortunately I can’t recommend this practice. I have given them a few chances but my experiences have been continually getting worse. They have very strict guidelines on how they run their practice, especially with vaccinations and payment. The doctor treated my child well, but had poor bedside manner with parents. The staff was not friendly toward my baby as they were administering the shots.

Dr. Graham was good both times we saw her. Very sweet with our babies and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the professionalism of the office is why I only leave one star. I took my son for his 1 year well check and immunizations. My husband had just switched jobs and I didn't have my insurance info yet but told them I had UMR. They told me they'd put me as self pay for now and I could update my insurance when I got the info. They ended up giving my son a government stock set of 4 immunizations at $15/injection, reserved for access/self pay patients. No one told me I was getting immunizations from this stock and that I wouldn't be able to bill my insurance later because of it. Therefore, I'm out $60 that my insurance would have covered as part of my son's well check. I spoke with the office manager about refunding me the $60 I paid for 4 injections. She told me there was nothing she could do. After I pushed a little more she said she would ask the doctors and call me. She never called me back. I went in today, 4+ weeks after that conversation, to ask about it and she said the doctors said there was nothing they could do. I understand that it was a mistake. But it was their mistake and ended up costing me $60. I feel that if they truly cared about their patients and financial hardships that they would have reimbursed me since my insurance can't. I've canceled future appointments and am switching providers.

In one fashion or another, I've been a patient here for the past 26 years. (Dr.Swanson was my childhood dr- until she retired - and now Dr. Graham sees my children.) It is a shame that anti-vaxers are having a negative impact on this wonderful office's reviews. If you're a parent like me, than the negative reviews below should actually encourage your patronage of this office. Nice to know that there is zero tolerance for exposing all the little newborns that come through those doors to diseases that should be extinct...like measles and polio etc. I admire this office's conviction to educating the anti-vaxers. Keep fighting the good fight!

I love Casas Adobes Pediatrics. Dr. Starceski is wonderful. We came over from his office at Banner UMC Northills and I've been impressed with this office so far. They're great with scheduling, return calls promptly, and require that children are vaccinated (unless their unable to be vaccinated due to a medical issue). For us a practice that doesn't allow non-vaccinated children is important! Dr. Star is great. He is evidence based, listen to his patients and is awesome at addressing concerns. He is wonderful with the kids and is always prompt with getting back to us when we have an issue. The same is true for his nurses. Overall I am very impressed with Casas Adobes Pediatrics! We had many, many issues with billing at the old office and we've had smooth sailing here.

The office is very nice and so is the staff. We love Natalie Kollash NP! She is so nice and professional and takes time with your children to make sure that everything was taken care of.
