Dr Crisp has been amazing. He always spends plenty of time reviewing new and old symptoms and educates along the way. I've never had an experience where I felt like he wasn't listening, or fully prepared to review my needs. He has a great rapport and a genuine concern for your recovery and healing. I would recommend him (and have!) to anyone.

Worst Support staff I have ever been around. Dr. Crisp is awesome, but last year I never received a follow up call after getting shots...ever! Second, I was told they would call to set up an MRI and approval at the same time for another procedure and they never did. Called back and forth 4 times...super frustrating! I left for another Doctor who has a professional staff. Good luck Dr. Crisp, your people will cost you a ton of money!

Worst experience of my life! Dr kriner is by far the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. He's rude short and seems to know everything. dr kriner how did you mis a fractured back that 4 other doctors can see? I'll tell ya all why He's a paid by insurance company's to say your fine so they can win a cases yep got a reputation I found out once I got a Lawer People like you should lose their license doc warning stay away not honors people out to make dishonest money

Call center have terrible connection, hard to hear, a lot of background noise. Receptionist required to fill out form, ask a lot of irrelevant questions in order to schedule appointment. Please improve your call center capabilities. Finally I scheduled it, but a lot of time wasted on phone.

An update to my comment a few months ago (I’m not very advanced at this suff so I don’t know how to edit): As usual, Dr. Kreiner is still a magician. The communication in making appointments and speaking with staff has improved 100%. Dr. Kreiner even directly talked to me about the issue-extremely impressive! Thank you New Barrow!

Very unhappy with the lack of care, information, verification process of my health plan, lack of communication - will write more about the incidences that happened -- in the process of trying to resolve a very high bill, will disclose amount once I have resolved -- I received for one office visit, no treatment. Please do your research before scheduling an appointment with Dr Kozak and his PA, confirm your insurance plan is acceptable, take notes, record the call, even if their verification team calls you to confirm and says your plan is in their system. On my 2nd appointment to review test results they would not see me, nor would the Dr. give me the courtesy of a phone call to discuss the outcome of the mri films I had paid for, due to an outrageously high appointment fee, (several hundred dollars, which is less than the 1st appointment bill I received), because they concluded they did not accept my health plan, without making me aware of this before my appointment.
