I called because a PT needs more documentation for their equipment and Dr SIlverthorn's MA "Pam" was very unprofessional. We're not peers or friends, harping on me because of the insurances new requirements isn't going to get it done sooner. You took on these patients it's your responsibility to handle the needs and requirements regardless of your feelings about it. Act professional and quit complaining, unbelievable!

Horrible office policy that requires you give your social security number just to make an appointment. If you want your identity stolen feel free to use this office. The office manager is rude and archaic. If their office policies are so old fashioned just imagine the treatment. Please move into the 21st century with the rest of the medical profession. Making a doctor appointment is not applying for a job, loan, or government subsidy. You have no right to ask for my SS#!!!!

The doctor is amazing and takes really good care of his patients. The staff over the phone are rude! They transferred me to the wrong person, then when I called back, I was transferred to a voicemail. 2 voicemails were left with Courtney. She never followed up with me to tell me that what I asked for was completed. I called back to check on status, the rude woman told me it was completed and then hung up on me. Obviously management is making poor choices in choosing staff! Very disappointing!

I would recommend a different dr. If you want an appointment, this is NOT the place. I don’t know if the Dr is any good, I have not had the chance to get an appointment. I have made 2 appointments already and both times I was giving a date and time of my appointment and when I call to confirm, no appointment was actually made. This is so frustrating. I left a message for the office manager, let’s see if that even makes a difference. GET A CONFIRMATION FOR FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, THIS STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!!!

My wife has been sick for 6 months. Got blood work done. They have not followed up and are overdue by 2 weeks! Won't answer phones. And no reply to messages left. Wondering if they are still in business.

The problem is the assistant Isaac. I have to leave messages with him and he never returns my calls. I get shots 6 months. In December when I did my last series of shots my Dr told me to call back in May to receive my shots in June. I kept calling and leaving messages. No call back. Finally I spoke to the receptionist and told her Isaac never calls me back that I need to speak to the Dr. Finally, Issac took my call. Not much was accomplished. It's now June 10 and I was told by the receptionist the Dr is going on Vacation June 13 and will not be back till the middle of August. I like Dr Colceriu, however his assistant is not doing his job. I would like to find out if there is another Dr that can do the injections sooner. I am in a lot of pain and two more months is an eternity for me.

The person doing the breathing tests was absolutely great. Since the main Doctor retired I have had to go to other people. First a PA that told me I had emphysema and copd. I said I have never been diagnosed with that and she said, well you were a smoker. I do not have either!!! Then I went back to meet with a Doc due to pain in my chest. She said I had GERD, she was cold and unfriendly. She seemed to be in a hurry to get done and I had been early to get there and get in. The new Doc turned down my prescription that I had with the retired Doc and refused to refill without telling me. Since the main Doc has retired the Docs don't care about me as a person. I don't know where I will turn to find another Doc but I will. The office staff and the Respiratory Therapist are great people but everyone needs to feel like their Doc cares about you.

Actually it was my pain management NP that didn't care for my breathing and suggested I ask my PCP to refer me to their Scottsdale office but my PCP sent me to this office. I consider myself 'BLESSED' to have gotten Dr. Amy Silverthorn. First appointment she gave me a inhaler that actually helped. She also ordered a complete lung function test. A week after I got a call from Pam, her assistant telling me Dr. Silverthorn wanted me to have a lung CT since my lung function showed a diffusion defect. Most doctors would have waited until my next appointment to even look at the lung function results and by no means would have ordered another test to help get to the bottom of the problem. Next week I will learn the results of the CT and what can be done to help my breathing. Whatever bring it on I KNOW I am in good hands.

The intial visit went well and the doc was very understanding. I received work up and was set free. Since then I have been trending downhill but now I am not able to get back in to see the Dr. They want more hard evidence before doing so. It's new to me being a patient and being brushed aside when you are struggling with symptoms. The manager did call me and asked me to seek a second opinion elsewhere, rather than helping out a client/patient with a 15 minute meeting. The nurse has corresponded with me via phone and web so she tried her best. Could be a 5 star review if they would continue to help those in need in person. Diseases or diagnosis don't always happen first shot around. My suggestion is to have a few pulmonary docs ready to go right off the bat. If you come in here great, but have a second opinion scheduled within a few weeks. Just in case you need more help.

I just requested my doctor to pull all of my referrals out of this office due to the unprofessional service I received over the phone from the scheduling lady. (she needs an attitude adjustment for sure is my diagnosis) Sorry doctors but you have a serious front end problem and by other reviews I’ve seen I’m not the only one dealing with your issues. Even with understanding it’s hard to please everyone plus my recent experience with you 3.4 stars for 24 reviews is not good! #Bye

Last night was the first time in years that I had an asthma attack. After my General Practitioner told me that he couldn't do anything for me because I hadn't seen him in years, (knowing full well he had referred me to a specialist) he had advised I call the specialist. After having to jump through hoops with their answering after hours answering service Dr. Erin Thornburg called back with a horrible attitude. He told me that my only choice if I wanted to be able to breath easily was to go to a hospital. I attempted to explain that I didn't need to go pay hundreds of dollars for an inhaler, he then told me that I was SOL and hung up on me. Before he hung up on me he also advised me that neither he nor any of his coworkers took the Hippocratic Oath. So whatever you do, don't have a medical emergency around him or any of his coworkers, because they'll let you die!

I love this place, Dr C and the staff are all very nice people. Dr C explains the how and whys of my treatment in ways that are easy for me to fully understand what’s going on. Never a long wait and it service with a smile. They all get my vote!

No stars, except it's not an option. I've called this practice 5x now. I've been placed on hold for long periods, transferred to voicemail... which is weird for scheduling. I work in the medical industry and have never ever heard of a new patient being sent to voicemail! When I did talk to the scheduler, she was breathing heavily and humming her song loudly into the phone. Not professional at all. I'm not sure if the doctors are worth the hassle, but I'm not sticking around to find out.

Excellent staff and doctors. I see Dr. Amy Silverthorn. She's a top doctor and I would not go to anyone else. She listens to my health concerns and I always feel we have a working plan in dealing with my lung issues.
