Staff is friendly. The only reason I come here is because the location is convenient for me and my doctor accepts my insurance. I recently called to see if I could move my appointment date and the receptionist informed me that they had cancelled my original appointment (without informing me) because my doctor's assistant had left. Regardless, I still need to see my doctor. Not sure how that was my problem. I had asked when he was available and they said not until December 12th which was 3 weeks after my original appointment. I had to see him before then for my medication refill that I cannot be taken off of. Basically, if I didn't call to change my appointment, I would have never had an appointment since it was cancelled by staff and I would be out of my medication. Bad practice.

I have been seeing them since I was diagnosed with cancer in 2013. The staff are knowledgeable and they treat me like a person. Dr. Cortas is a fighter with me in my care and she doesn't give up easily. She has been a true blessing in my life. She communicates with me on a level I understand.

Dr. Kim is awesome, he takes what could be an awkward and uncomfortable situation and puts you at ease, he and his team are also very efficient and professional.
