Wait times are so long. I was the first appointment of the day today and i waited 30 minutes just for the doctor to come. It took me going out and asking how much longer it is going to be in order to get the doctor to come. Wait times are ridiculous.

Dr. Santos has been my daughter's only pediatrician since 2009 when she was a week old. We did extensive research prior to her birth and met with multiple pediatricians. She was by far our 1st choice and I am very grateful that we made the decision. A few years back I had to rush my daughter to Mindys Place. She was so scared when she was rushed in, of course she was crying and hurting. Her fears (and mine) immediately turned into relief when Dr Santos rushed over, held her hand and told her that everything was going to be okay!!!! She has always been very compassionate, helpful and informative. The staff at Angel Pediatrics has always been and continues to be amazing. I highly recommend Dr Santos to be your child's pediatrician. DMM

If I could review the doctor who saw my daughter I would vive her more than five stars! The office manager or the person in charge, was undoubtedly very unprofessional. I went in for a physical and they did a well check without me asking to do it. They wanted me to pay for a service I never requested. Very unprofessional they way they dealt with the situation. I don’t think I will go back to that office.

Dr. Santos failed to accurately disclose diagnostic results for our child which ultimately resulted in surgery being required in order to resolve the issue. This office has stopped communicating with me and refused remediation. The office manager even gave me kudos for writing a complaint letter as though she sees these types of errors on a regular basis. If you value your child's well being, avoid this office.

Dr. Yip is amazing. He remembers my boys and highlights any previous visit issues before I do. He always takes his time with them. Great front office staff that helped me sort out all kinds of things with a new baby being added to our insurance.

We were referred to Dr. Yip who takes care of my brother inlaws 5 children. All five kids loved him and now so does my husband and I, along with our little guy. We are new parents and Dr. Yip is so knowledgeable and informative but most of all kind. This being our first child we were, for the most part clueless. He's helped to make us feel more confident in our parenting and we know when we're there that our son is getting the best care. His nurse that helps him is also very knowledgeable. They make a great team!

We just saw Dr. Yip for our 3 day old infant check up. He was absolutely amazing! Made us feel comfortable and thoroughly answered all of our questions! We were back in the room within 5 minutes and Dr. Yip spent quite a bit of time with us to make sure we were comfortable as new parents. In fact all the ladies in the office up front were wonderful too! I am happy we chose this practice as our baby's pediatrician.

If you want to have a hard time getting referrals and not haveany of your concerns properly addressed Dr. santos is perfect for you. We saw her twice about a referral. We never got either. The frustrating part was that she even tried to talk down to us about our responsibility on checking up on the referral. We did everything we had to do. Her office called to apologize because they never saw tbe referrals until i called them several times.she also seems to not want to touch children. She really shouldn't be a pediatrician. She is not kid friendly.

I have been going to Angel Pediatrics since my first child which is now going on 6 years old. I've never had a single problem with them I have dr. Santos now and she is great all these reviews on her that I'm reading that say that she doesn't like touching kids or she doesn't like giving information out about your children to you is a line of bull hockey. She's my doctor for all three of my boys they're great with her and I've never had a problem with her. I very much recommend this office it's clean everyone there is super nice and even my autistic son who does not like touching others has no problem with giving them high fives they also have worked there for a long time and has gained my children's Trust and mine as well.
