I am very dismayed by this office. It initially started out well with the doctor squeezing me in and personally walking me to billing and discussing the allowed rates for my insurance plan. After discussing with my husband I tried to schedule my procedure later that same day and that proved very difficult because I could not get anyone to answer the phone. When they did finally answer I was told they would call me back in 5 minutes. I waited until 24 hours later and called back and finally got ahold of someone. When I called to pay the message was returned immediately. After my procedure I called on Tuesday morning 9/5/17 at 901 am with hip pain that was new and I was calling to ask what I could do for it since I had never had that happen after this type of procedure before. It is now 1223 pm 9/7/17 and I still have not received any call from the doctors office. I have tried to call a couple of more times but no one answers the phone. I was very impressed with Dr. Kreiner but I am very dismayed by his office staff and their lack of follow through. I would have thought someone would have called to at least check how a patient was doing post procedure. Edit 9/8/17 811 am I received a call finally at 303 pm yesterday, 9/7/17, from I believe a front office employee who said I see your message written down in the notebook but it wasn't highlighted. Did you still need something? When I explained my frustration she was just quiet and said well when he is out of clinic someone will call you. I asked when I could expect a call and she stated within the hour. Unfortunately, yet again that did not happen as I am still waiting on a call. I tried again this morning only to go to voicemail and the fact that they close at 12 pm today makes me know I won't get a call today either. I am just speculating on that.

Worst experience ever. Doctor would not even review imaging with me. I'm sure I will get far better and more effective treatment elsewhere.

I have going to this office for about 6 months. The staff is very friendly, Dr. Sanford has been my doctor could not say enough nice things about him. Takes his time he really does care. I have been dealing with back pain for 10 months. As soon as I saw he knew what was wrong and gave me a injection and I was 100% better. I trust his judgment very much. I would highly recommend him.
