I absolutely LOVE this office, everyone from the front admin girls to the nurses and especially the doctors are SO friendly! My son loves coming here, (mostly bc they are usually playing a favorite movie of his throughout the office) and once I had my daughter she started coming here too. We moved all the way to West Phoenix and I still refuse to change doctors bc I love these ones so much.

Great pediatrician! Very clean, offices have fun things on the walls, waiting room has cartoons playing to entertain little ones, front desk staff is very warm and welcoming and the Drs. Are amazing!

My teen daughter loves Dr. Wilcox. She talks to my teen and makes her feel comfortable. Very thorough! Nice staff and because they just opened their new office, lots of availability! Dr. Wilcox helped me get a timely apt with a subspecialist who was otherwise booked out months. Going the extra mile which I appreciate.

We have been with Acts of Kidness Pediatrics for about a year and a half, and I have been very pleased with all the providers. Dr. Wilcox is our primary care doctor and she’s awesome. She takes her time, is very kind, and listens to both parents and kiddos. She is willing to write a referral if a specialty doctor is needed. She’s easy to work with and has really gotten to know my kiddos. She doesn’t make me feel bad when I end up in there often during sick season or for what could be an ear infection. She makes you feel at ease about your decisions. She discusses meeting milestones, car seat safety, and what’s to come. Dr. Keane is also great! When my guy was a baby she caught his tongue tied and made breast feeding possible! She very pro breastfeeding but not to the point where she would let an issue arise if you have milk issues. I feel like she’s a great balance of doing what’s right for baby. She’s very kind and listens. We’ve seen Dr. Stevenson once briefly and was pleased with her as well. When my son had Scarlet Fever, with very few symptoms, the doctors were able to work together to figure it out! They work together if needed, which I had never seen in any doctors office before! It was fantastic! The front desk ladies are also great. I’m always able to get an appointment and they work with me on my needs from scheduling to insurance without making me feel like a bother. The nurses are very sweet and have been great with my kiddos as well. They do a great job of giving shots quickly which every parent knows is key! Fantastic office that I refer my friends to. :-)

Absolutely amazing place. We see Dr. Keane and she is wonderful! As first time parents my husband and I have many questions and she sits with us for long periods of time to answer everything. Also she never makes you feel like you are asking silly questions. She is so sweet and kind to my son. The front desk staff are also great, they are always smiling and polite with great service. I am so happy we found this clinic!

Dr Wilcock is amazing! My husband and I (first time parents) saw her right after my son was born and she was so helpful and informative on things to expect with a newborn, being new parents, breastfeeding etc, and really cared and took her time to answer all of our questions no matter how silly they might have been! So glad we found such a great and caring pediatrician!

0 stars! Worst experience just trying to call for an appointment. Was placed on hold for 15 minutes and never received an update that they could not get back on the call. So I was tossed in the voicemail queue to leave a message and never received a call back. Tried calling 4 different times and only 1 of those calls was answered by a live person who did not listen to you. She asked if she could place you on hold and I tried getting through to her and was rudely tossed in the hold queue. And she never answered the phone after that, callers were just thrown into the queue on new calls. I went online to schedule an appointment that way and only received error message after error message. Their online system sucks, too. At least return a voicemail for a sick call request. And learn to provide an actual update on the phone rather than spazzing out and doing continuous cold holds. Normally service here has been good. Today was totally unacceptable and beyond upsetting and disappointing. Such a different experience when I think of One Medical and their amazing online system to communicate with doctors bypassing unnecessary and frankly, useless, front staff. Scheduling appointments is immediate and easy, and better than that, wait times are minimal. I hardly ever leave reviews unless I received amazing or in this care horrifying service.

Started going here about six months ago and have had nothing but great experiences. My daughter has been sick numerous times seeing all the doctors and every time they are prompt and doctors don’t keep us waiting when she’s feeling icky. Had a newborn soon in January and have seen all three doctors again and have had great evaluations each visit to ensure he is growing and developing properly. I would recommend to all my friends and family! By far best practice I’ve experienced in pediatrics.

The doctors and staff at Acts Of Kidness are amazing. The facility is so clean and new. All three of my children see Dr. Maggie Keane and love her. She is friendly and thoughtful when seeing my babies and I can't think of seeing anyone else.

We love Dr. Wilcock and her staff! Every single staff member is welcoming and friendly, from the call to set up the appointment to the last person on the way out. My kids have been seeing Dr. Wilcock for years and we are more than happy to drive 20 minutes from South Gilbert for a visit because we know she is the BEST!

We came from another pediatric office in Gilbert that was very condescending and dismissive. The staff at Kidness Pediatrics was completely opposite of that from the moment I called to make our first appointment for my two children. The front reception staff were friendly on the phone and did not rush my call. I even messed up my appointment date and they were able to accommodate me this time, fortunately. My son saw Dr. Keane for the first time. She was very kind and spoke to our faces and not to her computer screen. She could tell I was very anxious over a few concerns I had and I became emotional. Dr. Keane reached out and hugged me rather than making me feel like a crazy mother. The empathy and compassion she showed me as a human and then, as a doctor was so encouraging and brought so much joy to our day! Doctors like her keep us moms and dads encouraged and sane when we are doubtful about how we are doing. I am grateful to have found Kidness Pediatrics and their wonderfully knowledgeable physicians and support staff. I would never dream of going elsewhere now! Thank goodness for peds offices like this that still exist!

This is the most professional and comfortable pediatrician office I’ve ever been to. My baby daughter doesn’t even mind coming here for her checkups and loves the staff members. They’re so good at their job and the only place I trust with my baby.
