Did not seem to care about my health, only getting the appointment over with. I didn't feel like I was worth her time. I had some painful work done and the only consolation offered by her was "Beauty is pain". Seems to only care about appearance, not baseline health. Unprofessional, impersonal and rushed. Argued with me and offered no apology, when I voiced my concerns afterwards.

For a few years, I have had a scar on my chin that I wanted either removed; or at least reduced. I asked a number of different doctors what they could do and they all said that any procedure would likely result in more scaring. Dr. Miller not only treated my scar but I can hardly even see where the scar was. She also gave me one of the most comprehensive skin exams that any dermatologist has given me. I couldn't recommend a doctor more highly than Dr. Miller —she really knows what she is doing.

This is my first negative post that I have ever written about anyone, but it was such a bad experience I feel like I have to warn others. My child had in grown hairs in the groin and it was very uncomfortable. I called Dr. Senters office and asked if they treat this condition and they asked a nurse and she said yes they did so I made the appointment. At the time of the appointment there was a long wait. When we finally got in Dr Miller acted angry and frustrated at me and my child. She seemed to not want to treat my child and kind of stabbed at him with the tool and pulled out a couple of the in grown hairs while the nurse who was standing there assisting her was super nice and said kind words to try and make up for her meanness. Then Dr Miller turned to me and tried to make a sales pitch for my child to have expensive laser treatments for in grown hairs. When I went to check out they charged me a couple hundred dollars and this was in addition to what our insurance covered and the condition wasn’t even treated. Unbelievable! We now go to a pediatric dermatologist Dr Brown and she is caring and professional.

I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Miller. She was so caring and really took her time to listen to my concerns. She is fellowship trained in laser therapy which I really felt was reassuring. In Alaska we don’t often get that caliber of physician specialists. She made me feel at ease for my procedure and the results were outstanding. I have recommended her to several friends and they have been more than pleased as well.
