Great office!

They have updated the waiting room this last year, more kid friendly. Dr. Jones has mostly retired. Dr. Monica Pradham has now replaced him. I had a few concerns at first, but she is just a great Doctor. All of the staff there are just great.

If you are in need of a peditrician, look no further this place is the best! Our two girls see Dr. Hamilton and they both love her, as do we! She's kind, knowledgeable, patient and great with kids and parents! From what I can tell, every doctor here possesses great qualities! We have also loved all the nurses too! Give this place a shot, you will not be disappointed!

Dr. Jones is our toddler's pediatrician, and he is the absolute best! Whether we go in for a sick/well visit, he ALWAYS handles us with such care and compassion. What makes our visits to the Henderson clinic so exceptional, is that we are first warmly greeted by a wonderful reception team, followed by extremely quick and efficient nursing staff, (Stephanie and Andrea are amazing), and then of course we are seen by Dr. Mark Jones, who takes time to answer any questions or concerns that we might have. We truly lucked out with our son's care providers and couldn't ask for a better team of people to guide us through, as first time parents. Cheers to the Henderson clinic! True professionals doing what they do best.

We love Dr. Jones, he is the best. My child has been his patient sense she was born. Back then the staff was very friendly and inviting, they use to have pictures of there patients in hallway but they are no longer there. The staff now is terrible, especially the front desk people, they are rude and don't speak. I like older building better because it looked welcoming for children and fun, now it looks dull and plain. I miss the old staff. I recommend doctor Mark Jones but not they're new staff.

They are always friendly and treat my kids really well. The nurses joke with and play with my daughter and put her at ease and Dr. Pradahn never makes you feel rushed or like she's in a hurry. She takes her time, is super gentle and always manages to put your mind at ease with whatever questions you bring to her. Now she's also seeing my newborn son and he's not scared of her even a little bit.

The doctors may be wonderful but the way the office is run is terrible. To make an appointment of any kind, you have to call your nurse and leave a voicemail. At no time will you get a live person. The nurse will then call you back. Heaven forbid you miss the call back. You will then have to repeat the process and wait for the nurse to call. The wait time to get in is, on average, more than 30 minutes. They are always running late. This has been going on since before they renovated the office. The stress of dealing with the office system alone is not worth it. There are plenty of other good doctors with good office procedures in the city of Fort Worth. *update as of 10/18* started going to Cooks Pediatric Magnolia directly across the street. What a difference! Still hear negative comments about Cooks Henderson's office from my fellow neighbors. Everyone seems to agree that the office management makes this location hard to deal with though the doctors themselves are great

We loved Dr Pradhan but with a newborn, scheduling at this location was just a nightmare. I see others have posted this as well - our well child checkups went smoothly but it was so difficult to schedule any sick visits, which with kids happen frequently! When we did finally get in, we often had to see other doctors (who were also nice enough, but with a baby you really want consistency to know what is their normal versus what is a real concern). It required a series of phone calls for unplanned visits, and they were always behind schedule. We now go to Cooks Magnolia.

They never pick up, never. I've left messages for a call back and it can take 3 -7 days Only saw the doctor that we requested once Not a good branch for parents that have younger children--because if something goes wrong id like to call my doctor and rely on him or her but here at this branch the communication is horrible.
