Very Professional, was impressed with the quality of service provided, I had also asked for a letter for FAA and within two hours had the letter and all backup on my email as requested. I would highly recommend.

The Anchorage sleep center is very clean and professional, don’t know why anyone would have any complaints

We have advised many people, and will continue to do so, to not make the mistake of going here for a sleep study. The "Dr/PA" in Wasilla gives patients FALSIFIED medical sleep reports, by using a TEMPLATE to write the same untruthful phrase on ALL reports, advising you to not drive due to daytime sleepiness. I DO NOT HAVE DAYTIME SLEEPINESS and never verbally/in writing stated such. This carries the potential of legal repercussions!!! They REFUSED to change it. The Director in Anchorage gave me his WORD it would be removed from my report, then went back on his word and did NOT do that. Very unprofessional and unethical falsified medical reports, especially in consideration that the company makes an average of $10,000 on each patient!! Will never go there again and advise others to STAY AWAY. And YES, the bathroom had urine all over the floor and toilet! The PA was a pompous ASS that wanted you to just sit, be quiet, and listen to him; and there's NO shower; "go wash the goop out of your hair in the sink". And WHY can't they ASK for co-pays at the time of service, like you are SUPPOSED to do, instead of inconveniently sending a bill?? We also had a medical supply send "Sue" a request for a copy of a sleep study, and they STILL have not received it, WEEKS later!! She also LOST the BiPap chip we provided for her. FORGET THIS PLACE!

Department of Transportation required a sleep apnea evaluation after a physical examination for my husband. Beacon suspiciously had a referral form handy specifically for this clinic. The assistant at Beacon claimed mentioning her name would give patient a discount. Red Flags all over this businesses operations. Returning to referral form I noticed Paul Raymond M.D. is attached to clinic. We knew of Paul Raymond from Homer. He is a greedy, arrogant, selfish, egotistical, opportunist who preys on young women. Read his police reports and Alaska Court records on domestic violence and medical malpractice. STAY FAR AWAY from this place.

Asked for a copy of records, they were prepared and ready ad requested but no request to see ID or sign a release of information, this packet contained copy of driver's license, social security number, insurance information. Totally ignored HIPPA rules to protect information. Do not go there if you care about your personal information being protected, they totally failed!

The Tudor location was very clean both beds and bathroom. The technician that assisted me was very professional and knowledgeable. He also took the time to answer all of my questions and see that I was comfortable. I would recommend this facility as I did not experience anything like the previous posters.

I'm not sure why people have complaints. I just did my sleep study here and I can definitely say that it was very professional. The technician did a great job explaining and answering every question I had before and after the sleep study. I only had a very positive experience at the Tudor location and highly recommend it to anyone needing a sleep study for Sleep Apnea.

Expensive but definitely saves you a lot down the road. The services I’ve received has been great despite what many say. Too much expectations maybe or just simply not what was expected? Don’t know, don’t care! The staff there are great and has always treated me well.

Jeremy Hall

I had my sleep study done at the Wasilla location on 5/19, I had to wait till 6/21 to see the sleep study ANP to talk about the results, I was told it would take 2 days to get the prescription written and have the Dr to sign off and then I would have my prescription sent in for insurance approval. Well it's now 7/15 and I still haven't even had the prescription signed off on! I've called 3 times and been told the same thing. The Drs doing his travels in the bush and is having trouble getting his wifi to work.... Bullcrap! This should have been done before he even left! I'm beyond furious. I get told I will get called back but they never do. Don't ever waste your time or money with Wasilla Sleep Center.

While a few of the employees there are great, it can only take one bad apple to spoil the batch. Having paid approximately $1,800 out of pocket over the course of three months to pay down my bill, I thought I was only $200 away from being done with paying for the c-pap and materials. It was only a few days later I received a bill for $1,000. Apparently my "deductible had reset" and the supplies they automatically ship to me cost $750????? After going into the office to discuss the situation with them, I found myself in a room with a man I'd never dealt with before. I tried to explain my financial situation to him but this guy is a straight up salesman. I could barely get a word in all while he was telling me that I definitely need these supplies and I definitely signed up for this service and he was going to get me signed up on a payment plan as long as I let them automatically debit my bank account and all of these other things. By the end of the meeting, I left there feeling like I was the bad guy because I cannot afford several hundreds of dollars worth of equipment that I don't even use. It's medicine and medicine is a business. They do not want to see you take your money back, plain and simple. They will try to sell you whatever you can and it seems like your actual health issues come second.

Terrible. They signed me up for an automatic supply replenishment program when they first set me up with a machine. After a couple of months of trying the treatment I realized that it would not work for me. I received a box in the mail with the replenishment supplies in December after I had already called and cancelled any further appointments. Upon receiving the box I called and cancelled any further shipments. I was not told that I could bring back the supplies within 30 days and not be charged. In March I received another box of replenishment supplies. I took it in to the office and returned it to them and they indicated that they would not charge for that and take me off of the program. Today I received a bill for $715. This is the first bill I received indicating my payments were 60 days past due. I called the billing department and they said the bill was a result of the December shipment which was not fully billed until January after a new deductible on my health insurance. I asked if I could return these supplies as they have not been used and I was told no. My question is why would they sign someone up for a long term replenishment program when they don’t even know if the treatment is going to work? Secondly, why would they not fully explain this program and how the billing would work. Seems like the focus here is to get as much money out of unsuspecting patients. Stay AWAY!
