My boy has bloody noses several times a day. And he's sneezing constantly and coughing. Gave us 10 allergy pills and I'll follow-up appointment in 4 months. To give him the pills when needed over the next four months. Poor service and didn't really check anything except for a light up his nose.

They lost my daughter shot records. She had to take them all again she’s 4, I now keep my own records. Anytime we come in for shots there’s a 2 to 4 hr wait. There’s one nurse at the front who always has a bad attitude. The other two are just clueless. My last visit they put the wrong return date for shots so I waited 2 hrs for them to tel me she didn’t need shots

I have had so many issues with this place! Even with an appointment scheduled and complained about waiting for so long they made me wait for 3 hours. They were suppose to call me for lab results and they never did. I had to call them and it was hard to even come into contact with anyone! I have been on hold for an hour and a half and they will be closing soon so I doubt they will even answer. Their customer service is the worst as well! The moment you talk to any clerk or anyone you need to sign in with they have the nastiest attitude. If you want good customer service or a doctor that will actually take the health of your baby serious please go to another place!

We love our pediatrician, but when we make appointments and specifically ask to see her we are seen by a nurse practitioner or a med student. There isn't continuity of care in this office. The staff doesn't know how to direct calls for specific issues. The nurse practitioner Brantley speaks with attitude. I'm not from Mobile and chose this office because of it's affiliation with USA Women's and Children's and had heard amazing reviews on the hospital, but I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, organization, and care that we have received. The waiting room wait times are extremely short but that doesn't make up for the poor quality of care.

The worst staff ever! They never have appointments available and they advise all of their patients to go to the emergency room.

I love that you don't have to wait too long, the only thing I dislike is how most of the time it's really not a designated Doctor my kids see maybe because of the many students that intern, but my daughters not yet had a designated Doctor

Worst staff they have the worst attitude ever When call try make appointment for your children they say ever month is book you have call back next month.worst place ever I promise dont waste your time.

Receptionist was nice as soon as I say in the waiting room they called us back the doctors was nice and informative very quick visit

I don't know who's running that place but the staff their are not properly doing their job. This is the second time I've requested my children's immunization record and there is always a problem. They have no empathy what so ever toward you. Due to them giving me an expired shot record, my child could not finish school today and on top of that I just started my new job. I had to leave orientation to go pick up my child due to USA's incompetence and ignorance. Like, you'd think, by them all being women up there at the front desk....they'd understand and have a bit more compassion. BUT NOPE, I HAVE TO STILL WAIT 24 to 48 hours just to get my child's shot records, althoughhhhh, its their fault!!!!! I understand we all are human and we make mistakes, but they don't even care about the inconvenience they're causing me. I just wanted to cry.....because I just started my new job. And its hard to find good child care at short notice.
