I went for allergy issues and a watery eye. I left with no solutions for my eye, and a 15 minute lecture on how walking is not a form of exercise. I asked for prescriptions for the allergy meds he recommended so that I could use my HSA - money that is just sitting in an account that I barely use - and he scoffed at me, telling me that the over the counter medications are "just $20, not expensive." I called to see if he had sent in any prescriptions to my pharmacy and he had not. These allergy meds may not be expensive to him, but $30 a month adds up for someone like me. Then upon "checkout," the girl at the desk didn't even uncross her arms or look up. I asked what I needed to do and she shrugged and told me just to call back for follow up. I asked about the prescriptions and she said, "We'll send them." No other instruction or not even a "have a good day." Poor bedside manner from everyone at USA Family Medical. I will never go here again.

I have been going to this doctor for years and i havent had any problems except that it takes forever to actually get on the phone with someone to make an appointment. I call and am on hold for 20 minutes sometimes before getting someone.

Residents doctors like Dr. login don’t respect their patients and think by studying so many years they can be Doctors. My child was patient here for almost 6 years and their new software system still can’t see her record unless they put the old name that she had before 9 years . They are rude and unhelpful assistances just like their residents doctors Just the front desk people are good

I been going to this doctor with my mom the doctor literally told her she not getting her medication for her deteriorating hip and these people been giving us the run around every since if you go here u need to run the other direction

the worst service I have ever seen in my life I waited in the waiting room from 3:34 pm til 5:00 pm the lady at the front desk made space for me because the waiting area was closed then I get in the back wait for like 20 more min after that I just left... my son didn't even see a nurse horrible service.

I have been going to USA Family Medicine roughly 19 years. I've seen the same physician.. Dr. Ehab Molokhia. Dr. Molokhia see's me for all of my ailments. I trust him completely! He's an excellent physician. I do have insurance, and I'm not on any government assisted medical plan and I still choose to see Dr. Molokhia. He delivered 3 out of my 4 children, and he see's us all! Very good doctor in my opinion!!

No matter what it’s always a 20-30 minute wait time on the phone, whether you’re trying to make an appointment or trying to speak with a nurse. Daughter had labs taken 2.5 months ago, can’t tell you how many times I have called to get them back. They still haven’t let me know anything. This morning had a question for the nurse, after waiting 25 minutes the nurse didn’t even bother with my question and transferred me to make an appointment where I waited another 25 minutes just to be transferred back to the nurse. I’m over it.

Only good for child care, as far as adult care.. it is horrible. The service, the care and manners of this facility are poor. Not to mention Dr. Tran is a horrible doctor. I wouldn’t recommend him to anybody nor this facility.

I've waited up to an hour and a half just to speak to someone over the phone about my prescriptions. It's impossible to call and talk to someone there without it taking over an hour out of your day. They say to give them a 24 hour advance notice when you need your prescriptions refilled yet it takes them over a week to have them signed off to fill. I've went through 4 different doctors in the past 2 years and that bothers me because when I get comfortable with a doctor, they leave. I'd suggest everyone to use a different doctors office!

I'm not going to let one nasty nurse ruin my excellent experience with Dr. Pfleger. She is one of the best doctors that I've ever had! Went today and the nurse up front and the nurse that checked me in was very pleasant and professional. Thank you Dr. Pfleger!

I have never been disappointed in any experience I've had here. The doctors understand everything I came to them about. I've been going for a while now and it's the best doctor's office for anyone on Medicare or Medicaid. The copay isn't a lot. I always know I'm going to be taken care of when I'm here.
