We have taken our children there for a while. But i will never take them back! For 3 weeks in a row we tookmy oldest son there and they gave us hell for bringing him up there 3 times in a row. They said its just allergies. Well come to find out my son had bronchitis very badly. These doctors at smart start are pretty dumb to me not knowing the difference between allergies and bronchitis. Even i knew something was wrong! That being said never go there. Im not the only parent to say this

Ive had my kids here since Doctor pua had her office. Never had a problem until now. I brought my 2 girls yesterday. The new doctor said they just have a cold. To treat with over the counter medication. Only two hours after they were home my youngest. Started having a higher fever. And was coughing even more. So I did what she said and gave her meds for cough and a fever. As the night went on things got worse. So as soon as they opened I called to tell them she needed to come back. They said come at 9:30. When I get her there and the very same doctor seen her less then 24 hours before said she is all the way blocked up. That I should of took her to the er and not waited on them to open. So I decided to take my child to the hospital. As I'm leaving the office manager came and talked to me. I told her what was going on and told her I was going to the ER. She apologies and tells me she will refund my copay. As I'm driving out of the parking lot the same doctor runs to stop my car and tells me my daughter is in need of medical care. I told her to please get away from my car so I can take her to the hospital. I told her my baby needed medical care yesterday also but she was just assuming both of my children had the same problem. I paid 2 copays for 2 kids to be seen and she onld give my 1 diagnoses.

Best pediatric place, I would recommend it to every parents. Everyone there is very nice. The doctors and the medical assistance are very helpful.

Very rude women in the front desk.my son was sick crying with the flu and they said oh we don't accept new patients but here full out these forms so I can tell you no again. Worst place ever!

I switched my kids here when they opened the new office... the staff is overly sweet and we love Mrs Heather mostella she's the only one my kids will see. Very nice and clean also
