I just love this facility , its convient in distance as well as professional environment. I would definitely recommend Dr. Boyd to anyone in need of a personal pediatric care facility. She definitely is a perfectionist at what she does .

The person I spoke to at the front desk is so rude and ghetto I’d rather take my children an hour away than go here. It’s a shame because there are not that many African American pediatricians in the area but the attitude and disrespect is so bad from the front staff you need the patience of Job to get to the doctor and I don’t have it. You also should not have to deal with attitude to for your children to see the doctor. It’s just an unnecessary headache.

I am a new mom who had a medical question regarding the safety of my infant child. I called the answering service who contacted Shameza Boyd. It was approximately 1:30 am. The answering service stated that Shameza requested that I call back on Monday morning; it was Friday. I stated that I needed to speak with her today. They paged her again. Shameza requested they NOT page her again tonight and for me to contact her again in the morning. Since my child's health is not priority and we are such an inconvenience, I elected to switch to Dr. Redman's office who LOVES children, visits the child prior to mommy leaving the hospital, and responds to questions and calls and provides thorough responses.
