I find this medical facility to have the most uncaring, rude, unprepared receptionist I have ever had to deal with. You all really should consider another profession if customer service is not something you want to do.

I absolutely love Dr. Malcolm Simmons! He always spends a lot of time with me answering all my questions. He has a wonderful bedside manner. The best thing I appreciate about him is I had an enlarged uterus and needed a hysterectomy. I had asked to save both my ovaries. While one could not be saved, he did save the other. I so appreciate him listening to me. If you don't like a jovial person, I'd suggest you go to another doctor. He's quite the happy fella.

HORRIBLE! Whoever is over the codings has coded my information wrong and caused me to get a bill for $175 and the bill will go away for them just simply changing my coding!! They can’t even give me a explanation that makes sense! Y’all are poor! And people have real health issues going that needs to be solved and y’all talking about a bill that’s not even accurate!!

I really wanted to go out my way to say how Amazing Dr. Jaberd is . She absolutely has cared about me , and takes her time and explains everything to me , she makes me feel safe , and she calls me personally. She has worked really close with me . The staff is amazing with getting back to me quickly or answering any emails quickly as well . I am so beyond happy to have Dr. Jaberd . She really is one of the best doctors I have ever had

The waiting times are horrible and I mean horrible . Make sure you don’t have anything planned for the next 2-3 hrs. I mean seriously, it’s crazy. Out of the 3 appointments I’ve gone to, I’ve had to wait for more than 1 and 1/2 half for 2 of them. Not to mention I got there 20-25 minutes early. Also some of the nurses in the back are standoffish. Contemplating going back to OBGYN South. Sad!!!

I recently switched from my doctor of 5 years to Dr. Jaber and she's the most personable and attentive doctor I've encountered in any area of practice. I've had doctors who always seem to be rushed and I never get to address all of my concerns, but that's not the case with Dr. Jaber; my visits to her are always relaxed and she asks in the most pleasant way if she's addressed all of my concerns. She also does a great job at explaining everything and encourages me to contact her with any questions or concerns.
