Just want to encourage the doctors to keep up the good work in making the parents feel comfortable. My daughter is a new patient, and I have felt so relaxed with her doctor (Hoy). She is young and I am an "advanced age" parent, as my doctor calls it, but Dr. Hoy and my most recent experience with Dr. Drennen, has been absolutely wonderful. When I called the on-call physician, a couple of weeks ago, at around 10:30pm, Dr. Drennen was so patient and helpful. I know you have families and I am reluctant sometimes, about calling after hours, but when my cupcake (daughter) was not herself, I will do almost anything. I just want to encourage you guys, doctors, to continue being compassionate and kind to us and giving us the best care. Thanks for your hand in making my daughter and me, feel better. - Mrs. Sampson

Excellent staff of doctors and nurses !! For years my children have been going to see Dr. White and others and I have enjoyed the professional and experienced doctors anytime I’ve needed to take them. If you are looking for a place for your children I highly recommend this group!

My 18-year-old daughter has been going to Dr. Drennen since she was born. Dr. White is also wonderful. We've always been able to count on this office to handle the little emergencies. The doctors are incredibly patient. Sometimes the wait is really long because they have to handle emergencies. If your doctor is tied up they can always let you see one if the others.

Awful service. Had an appointment for my son at 12. Multiple families went to the back. We arrived at 1150. I finally went to the desk at 1123 only to find out that my son was skipped over. The representatives reason was that she didnt see us sign in so she skipped my sons appointment. Lack of empathy and very nonchalant. Would not recommend.

My wife and I really like the doctors and nurses, but we have had some rude experiences with the office staff. The woman who answers the "Mom and Dad Line" can be particularly condescending. It has occurred enough times that we are considering changing pediatricians.

My son has been a patient here for almost year and I was pleased with their service until today. Saturday morning, my son woke up with a sore throat so I called the office at 1030am to bring him in. The recording picked up stating the office is open from 815-12pm today for sick patients only. I got to the office at 1051am and the door was locked. After a few minutes, a parent opened the door and the receptionist said, "the door is locked because we are closed." I said your recording states you are open until 12pm. She said that doesn't matter we are still closed. I left the office and called the office number again. The recording also stated the on call doc was at Jackson Hospital so I called and they put through to the same office I was just standing in. They put the nurse on the phone and she told me to come back to the office for treatment. I am very displeased with this office and if I didn't work 40 hours a week, I would stand outside their office with a sign that says "Un-Professional Pediatrics! If you can find another office for your child, please do. Let this office be your last resort. The docs are nice but the front desk staff is awful and they set the atmosphere for your whole visit.

I saw Dr. White as a child and now my daughter sees him! Even when she has to see other doctors I'm happy with the service! Great staff and nurses!
