Infirmary Pediatrics is the best around town. We have been with them in between all of their transitions. Dr. Wells is the most thorough physician we have ever had. She treats us all like family. All of her nurses are amazing and very patient with my LOUD children. Rachel in the front is always very welcoming. I also have to brag on Dr. Johnson. She takes care of us when we have unexpected visits. I request her if Dr. Wells is not present. Her personality is outstanding. Very compassionate about her job. I can not say enough wonderful things about this practice..

We LOVE Infirmary Pediatrics! We have been going there for almost two years with our 21 month and 6 month old. We use Dr Harrell and could not be more satisfied! He is extremely loving, sincere and thorough. I always leave feeling confident that my children were given the best care possible by him. One of his nurses is Nicole and she is incredible! Always so kind to us and does not forget a face. Rachel Hill at the front office has always taken great care of us! The facility is so clean and has a great atmosphere because all of the staff are more than amazing. We have had to see a couple of the other doctors when Dr Harrell wasn’t on call and we have been satisfied with them as well! You can not go wrong at Infirmary Pediatrics! They are the best!!

I like the doctor he is knowlagable and answer any question I have. the nurses are nice. as for schedualing, I have had two recent apointment that I have schedualed prior to the appointment and when I arrive. I am told that my child does not have an appointment that day. even though it was written down by the receptionist. The waiting time takes forever I waited an hour before my child was seen just to get a flu shot.

I always feel I get the necessary attention no matter the situation. My daughter's pediatrician, Dr. Nina Ford Johnson, is an absolute gem. Her bright smile and warm personality puts you at ease. She is very thorough and attentive to your child's needs. Dr. Gardner is no different. We've gone to her twice for emergency visits. It's reassuring to know you get the same quality service with someone who isn't your "assigned physician." I highly recommend this office personally and to anyone looking for pediatric services.

The best doctor's office for kids. You can see and feel their love for what they do and for your kids! They have lots of love and compassion, each time you go there! They get you in and out, with some of the best doctor's Dr. Gardner, Dr. Wells, Dr. Harold, and Dr. Johnson. Dr. Gardner is my son's Isaac doctor but when she is out, my son has had the pleasure of see each of these amazing doctor's and they are all awesome and compassion in their own rights. But I would have to say Dr. Gardner and her nurse Jodi are our favorite! My second choice would be Dr. Nina Johnson. They are all AWESOME doctor's with great employees that make you feel welcome each time you come to visit!

We rely heavily on reviews to choose different providers, and this time did not disappoint! We chose Dr. Nina Ford Johnson as our 4 year old son's pediatrician and soon to be our newborn daughter as well. Dr. Johnson and her nurse were both incredibly warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. They gave all the time we could ask for to address new patient concerns and provide top quality care for a well child visit. Above all, both doctor and nurse have EXCELLENT bedside manner and made a checkup/vaccination a fun experience for our little boy. The practice overall is current on all AAP and CDC/WHO guidelines, is immaculately clean without carrying that awful hospital disinfectant odor, and is even decorated in a manner that is educational for small children but not overstimulating. Front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and courteous. Water fountains and restrooms are quite clean (even to a neat freak like me), and separate wait areas are offered (and enforced in a nice way) for sick visits, well visits, and even a newborn waiting area. Overall we could not be more pleased with our experience, and it seemed obvious to both myself and my husband that Dr. Johnson followed a true calling to become a fantastic pediatrician. If you are new to town and still learning how to make the right choices for your children's care- choose Infirmary Pediatrics! This is the third provider we have tried in as many years (first Providence Family, then USA Pediatrics) and it seems third time really is the charm! We can't wait for Dr. Johnson and the staff to love on and work with our daughter as well- and I'm due tomorrow.

We love dr Harrell. Our 2 year old has seen him since birth as well as our 7 month old. He is the kindest doctor. He’s very attentive and doesn’t treat you like you don’t know what you’re talking about. He takes his time and has an amazing bedside manner. The ladies in the front are always so sweet and helpful and get you right in the day you call.

Best Peditrician in town. I love all the staff there. Dr Gardner has been my kids Dr for 8 years. She is great with them, love how she goes above and beyond and has even stayed late to see my babies when sick. Love Jodi her nurse, shes very personable and has alot of patience and know all my kids by name. She always calls this crazy mama back and has the same sweet demeanor no matter what. Lastly Josie the office manager. She went above and beyond. I called at almost 6 one night and another staff member told me I had to wait until next day. She called me right back and told me to come on. My baby had to be admitted to hospital that night so I am forever grateful for that.

We have 5 kids that see Dr. Gardner and she is awesome! She’s won't stop until she gets to the bottom of what is ailing your little one. Jody is her nurse and she is wonderful! She has developed such a great relationship with us and our kids over the years and she knows exactly how to cater to each one of them as they are all so different. Our 2nd son was hospitalized a couple of years ago for 6 days and Dr. Gardner came and saw him everyday, and she was very hands on with determining what was going on with him. I wouldn’t go to any other practice!

If a 0 star rating was available, this is what they would receive from me. Went to appt with my child and got there 30 minutes early with no other patient in the waiting room. An hour and a half later we were called in to be seen. An hr after that we were finally leaving the office. 3 hrs total and so you would think that in that amount of time, the billing staff would have had at least contacted my insurance company while we were there to insure that they had the correct info to submit a claim. Instead they submitted claim with incorrect name according to my insurance provider and benefits were denied. Then, when we arrived for our second appt, we were greeted with “Do you have Insurance?” and a bill was given to me for nearly $400 and I was asked if I wanted to make a payment.I can kick myself for giving them one penny. I did and left and made an appt with another doctor for the follow up that was needed. Then I called them to get an excuse for my child who was there with me at the time that they charged me full non- contractual amount on services and received my payment of $50, and they informed me that they would not give my chIld an excuse because he had not been seen by the dr. It is obvious that they did this because they were ticked off that I didn’t allow them to charge me another $400 for services that would have been paid at 80 percent by my Insurance provider if they were competent enough to submit medical claims.

Horrible staff!! Do not go there!! I called for an walk in appointment my child had a temp of 102.9. The lady told me they were at lunch won’t be able to be seen until 2:15 I told her so my child’s temp doesn’t matter she laughed and said yes but they won’t be back to see her until that time! I went in anyways asked to speak to a manager during my 60 minutes of waiting!! Got to the back her manager came in and told me basically she would talk to her and that sometimes she makes faces and laugh also!! Don’t play with me I will RIP YOUR FACE OFF!! They phone girls name was ANNA KATE and her manager has a mole over her eye didn’t get her name I think it’s Louise! Will be going somewhere else
