Dr. Koala was recommended for my recommended Kobe’s surgery. An appointment was made and he did about 15 minutes of the treatment with his assistants doing the rest. I’ve seen a lot of doctors in my life but Dr. Kowal had zero bedside manners and his assistants ( which kept alternating doing my procedure ) weren’t much better. I received a bill for $8200.00!!! I wish Dr. Haley would not recommend him and his clinic.

I have had a red, bleeding rash on my skin for years with no answer in sight. I was recommended to see Haley Derm. I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Bardin 2 years ago. I never expected a cure but I wanted answers and a diagnosis. After a pathology report it came back as a "benign rash," as I was told. Dr recommended laser therapy which I knew would only keep them from growing out of control. After many treatments, months, and no answers, I pushed to have her put me in a study or university to get a diagnosis. She requested UAB kirkland clinic. She sent my files up to them. After coming back from study turns out the diagnosis they gave me was already in my file for over a year at Haley Derm. You can imagine I was pissed. After that, and laser not working, I felt Dr Bardin kept trying to push me out as a patient. Finally, she told me I needed to see other Drs because there was nothing she could do and that they were just a cosmetic clinic. Maybe it was because I had no insurance for the majority of my time there. Either way, this practice has left me sour. I feel like I have just wasted my time and money on a clinic that does not care about its patients.

Dr Christin Rowe is cheery, helpful and very sweet. Nurse (?) Randy was also very nice. It was a pleasant experience. I do not know about the other doctors. The wait time wasn't bad, either. I was taken into a room about 20 minutes after arriving, and actually seen by the doctor about 5 minutes later or less. I don't have enough knowledge of the others to recommend this facility as a whole, but I definitely recommend Dr Rowe!

From my last appointment in September they prescribed me medicine for my face and half of the prescription medicine for my face arrived and now it's November and that half of the hasn't came yet and I've been calling up there leaving messages and they haven't returned any of my messages or calls and my face had broke out from not having the medicine I need for my face and now I'm tired

I had a Halo treatment in the Med Spa and am just delighted with the results. The treatment was about 12 days ago. The improvement in skin texture, pore size and fine lines are already noticeable. This treatment was definitely worth the money and the little bit of discomfort.

Staff is exceptional!! Can't say that for the doctor. First visit doctor apparently never read my file as I had skin cancer in my family and I had other issues that I indicated on the forms I had to fill out. The doctor never asked about that. She did answer questions I had at my appointment. I would have thought that at a first appointment, she would have done a thorough skin exam and she didn't. The whole experience felt rushed and I tried to get all my questiins answered through the nurse. The doctor did answer questions but I felt rushed to get out. I don’t recommend a doctor that won't read your file or take the time for a full exam, especially on the first visit.
