The front desk is awful. They have put me in tears I'm more than one occasion. They huff and roll their eyes and act like they are extremely inconvenienced to help. I get knots thinking about dealing with them. Love Dr. Carter though. I wish they would revamp the front desk staff.

So far so good, Sometimes the wait times are ridiculous while other times your're in and out, doctors and staff make you feel at ease and the office is typically clean and welcoming. I wish they had more available times for appointments that are call ins.

Dr.s and Nurses were great, very nice, and very helpful, and showed concern for our sickly baby boy. Front office staff makes me not want to return. I had no personal issues with them, but watching the way they spoke to every client after us disgusted me. Not only did they have a sny and condoscensing tone with everyone, the worst part was hearing them bad mouth the patients after they left ear shot. Very rude, very unproffesional.

We have been seeing Dr. Carter here since December 2014. He is phenomenal. He has always been so caring and genuine. And he listens to us and takes our concerns into consideration. We have always had a wonderful experience there and never had any issues with anyone. Miss Ty is a rockstar and made me feel so much better about needing to get formula for my baby girl. I highly recommend this pediatricians office to anyone. We have also seen a handful of other doctors there for sick appointments and they have all been wonderful and kind.

Here's a thought Anonymous. First realize things has changed for Doctors with Obamacare. Many patients can't pay and the Clinic has to eat much of that cost. One day working with a Doctor and you'd find that yes, it's a hectic line of work because all the patients thinks their case is the most important. Write down your questions prior to taking your Child to the Doctor and understand IF you think of a question after leaving don't expect them to be sitting there waiting to answer the question. Their not.You were one in 50 to 60 patients they see everyday. You said they do call at closing time so why you feel put out makes no sense. If it's that important I'd advise you to take your Child back to the Doctor. I don't know these people but all the other reviews are glowing. I'm a Paramedic and work with Doctors and believe me, they have their hands full. Be Thankful you have a Doctor you can trust with your Child.

We go to the Hoover office--they are good about getting you an appointment the same day if you have a sick kid. They also have weekend hours for sick appointments, which is great for working parents.

We've used Dr. Cortopassi with all three kids and he's been great! Now my older two have graduated out of pediatrics. I love how he always treated me like we were working together. When I tried things at home before bringing in the kids, he never talked down to me. He is funny and goofy to the kids, which helped put them more at ease. I have no complaints with the staff.

Margaret Fancher- We have seen Dr. Dudgeon for 9 years now. Our son had many medical issues early on in life and was that kid that just always has something rare happen. Dr. Dudgeon helped us through all of it and referred us to the right specialists that could best help our son. He is very personable and is great with his patiant's. His nurse is also very helpful, even with all of my crazy questions. My son sees several doctors but Dr. Dudgeon is one that I trust completely and know that he always does what is best for his patients.

I have been calling this office multiple times a week for over a month to schedule an appointment to establish care with my two children. The front desk have been very rude and condescending on each encounter. Looking at other reviews it seems that this is a similar trend. I cannot speak to how the doctors or the nurses are, but the front desk should be nicer to the patients and their families. It's disappointing that this clinic has employees who serve as the frontlines who are so disrespectful to their patients. For an example, I called the office explaining that my prior pediatrician's office had spoken with "Natasha" on XX/XX date at 1:22pm and verified the fax number prior to faxing the records. The secretary I spoke with snapped back with a rude tone, "Well as of XX/XX (Today's date) at 10:45AM, I have not received anything from that office." Clearly customer service ideologies are lacking at this practice. A more appropriate response would have been, "I'm sorry, but we have not received any faxes from that office. I can look into why that is." Or "Let me see what I can do to help." I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism in this practice.

Was at Greenville Pediatrics, with, Charity McClanahan " Bain" and Alex Bain. There's some really great Doctors in this office. We didn't have to wait past our scheduled appointment time. All the staff treated us very well and took note of any and all concerns we had. Would highly recommend this doctors office.

We have used Greenvale for over 6 years and love all the doctors and nurses on staff. Great service during the week and weekend when the unexpected illness happens!!! Recommend them to all new parents or those looking for a new pediatrician. Our favorites without a doubt are Dr. Stone and Dr. Cortopassi!!!

Front office/reception & checkout is cold rude & confrontational. Lydia (nurse) is the same (needs charm school). Dr. Jeff Stone is great. IF, we go back it will be because of him.
