Dr. Jacobson was very thorough and kind when I came in for a bump (which was diagnosed as a staph infection) as soon as my results were in a nurse was kind enough to call me and let me know what the next step was in my treatment. Dr. Jacobson's nurse talked me through the entire process of my treatment and they were very gentle and compassionate. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in making my follow-up appointment. I would gladly recommend this office and Dr. Jacobson to any of my family and friends!!

Dr. Jacobson was a delight and very compassionate, refreshing in these times. But I have to say the office staff is incompetent. You are sent emails about specials, etc., but when they send you text message asking if you want to cancel or reschedule and you respond, they do not follow through. Ultimately I was given a rude remark by the office manager, she apologized for my misunderstanding. There would not have been any trouble at all if they had been doing their job. The office manager told me to shred up the bill I had received in error and that I had been sent an email instructing me to do so. I received no such email and sent them an email to that effect. She called me back telling me it was in my spam account, which it was not. She went so far as to say she saw the girl send it which was an attempt to make me out a liar. Her last remark to me was that she was sorry I misunderstood. Dr. Jacobson was wonderful and I looked forward to returning. Sadly, after the experience with the office staff I am embarrassed and humiliated by their treatment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Elizabeth Jacobson since before she started her own practice at Inverness Dermatology. I would follow her anywhere. She really knows dermatology inside and out and I see her regularly for skin checks as well as my two children and husband. I also see her for a few cosmetic procedures that she swears I don't need but I love them. Everyone at her office is very sweet and caring and I would and have referred many of my friends and their children to her office. I love her open house parties where you can win or purchase products at really reasonable prices, they are ALWAYS a lot of fun.

I had an overall bad experience but it could have been salvaged except that the people in charge were so rude about it. They really took a situation that was a mistake but being handled and made it so much worse. They obviously do not care about treating people courteously. I would much rather drive further to be treated with people who care and have good manners!

Got a question? You've got a problem. I was hesitate to try this office because of the complexity of making an appt.The office is nice, but not as large as I expected after hearing the recording about their continuous "large call volume". After my appt I had some complications and called the office, I was put in the ten min call queue and left a message in the am about my problem, never heard from them. This was my first experience with this office and it will be my last, go elsewhere if you need an office that cares.

Dr. Elizabeth Jacobson was wonderful. I went in with a terrible skin condition that two other dermatologists could not diagnose. I had spent almost 6 months in pain. She took the time to do a proper biopsy and followed up in 24 hours with the results. Once the issue was properly diagnosed she knew exactly what to do to give me relief and alleviate my symptoms. One week later my skin was no longer itching and burning. Possibly more importantly, she found several precancer spots on my skin during the exam and quickly removed them (scary). I can't say enough about how knowledgeable and caring she was. Wonderful experience, I would highly recommend her to anyone.
