Bell Rd. Office is great!! Very nice & friendly staff especially the light skin girl that works in the front reception area that wears the glasses she's extremely nice and patient with me because I do have some tantrums when I come in at times. When I call in they get my prescriptions filed and questions answer !! They're great ☺ The south location needs nicer people answering the phone though, but Bell Rd. is awesome !!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the most unprofessional office I’ve been to. I have been inconvenienced a number of times and Dr. Zimmerman is always in and out of the room in 5 minutes or less (that’s if she even shows up). She does not seem enthused to ask or even answer questions/concerns that you have. I would not recommend anyone to see her for any OB/GYN services.

Dr. Zimmerman was wonderful and very attentive and considerate of my situation. The nurse lynn was the problem!!!! She is very rude and sent me back to work on full duty after my partial hysterectomy. Mind you I was working in a deli bakery dept which required heavy lifting and standing for 8hrs or more. I had concerns with my incision opening and I still wasn't 100% and explained this to lynn and she could care less. I requested to speak with Dr. Z and no one would let me. I was told by lynn that Dr. Z was done with me as a patient and I haven't been back since.
