Dr. Arata was the court ordered psychologist in my lengthy custody battle. She did not care what was best for the child. Her report was absolutely garbage and had ZERO medical credibility. She based her recommendation on what attorney she liked best. “Both parents are fit to care for the child. But based on the child projected to be more of a challenge and the husband being more rigid of a person - if I must chose one: I recommend him.” WHAT?? She should not have a license, nor be allowed to conduct evaluations related to decisions that affect the lives of children. Shame on her.
