I have been using Dr Brown since 2000 when I was pregnant with my 1st child and I have never had a bad experience. They make it as pleasant as possible and the staff is always so friendly. FLORENCE that works the front desk has been there as long as I can remember and she is amazing but when an employer keeps staff for a long time, that speaks volumes for them. I refer anyone that ask to him and I highly recommend him. You are a person and not a number and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Love them!!!

Depends on the atmosphere you are looking for & how much extra time you have to devote to a visit. Our experience was a bit snooty & slow. You have to schedule an appt & pay additional copays in order to find out that your bloodwork is fine with no issues at all which is an extra expense to the patient as well as the insurance company, not to mention time missed from work & school.

I have seen Dr Robert Brown for 16 years. He and his staff have been absolutely wonderful. My only complaint is filling out a dozen forms everytime I have my annual visit. It is a bit much. I understand updating is necessary. However in my case, my information has not changed in 16 years. There should be a better system in place.

I had to wait FOREVER after I get there and get Reschedule because I booked first online and my appt was not even scheduled, they overbook thier Dr's 4 other people will have the same appointment time. Then to get your blood work results you have to make a follow up appt and another copay. Needless to say I canceled my follow up and I'll be finding another Dr.

New to the area, I selected Dr. Guepet as my new GYN. I had an annual wellness exam, as well as a mammogram and bone density test. Dr. Guepet asked me to set up a follow-up appt to receive the results of the mammogram and bone density. At no time was I told this would be my financial responsibility. I have never had to have two exams for my annual check-up until now. If I had a problem and needed to come back for a follow-up, that I would understand. To receive the results of the tests done, and they were normal, no more than ten minutes, I had to come back to see Dr. Guepet in person at her request. I even asked the desk clerk on my way out if I owed anything, and I was told no. Then the bill comes, $170.00 billed to insurance as an outpatient; over $100 billed to me. I would have rather picked up the results or received them over the phone, but Dr. Guepet doesn't do that. The office was not forthcoming, and if the Practice Manager, Wendy, does not want to hear back from customers like me, than they had better be forthcoming with this second exam as the customer's financial responsibility. For all the years I have had gynecological exams, I have never needed two appointments for one annual check-up. I canceled my next exam and will no longer use this practice for my GYN needs.

This office commits insurance fraud. They charged my wife 2 times for one check-up and one ultrasound. The nurses and office manager are the frauds - the nurse was not able to perform the test on my wife's first visit, and rescheduled for a week later. We were billed two times for one test, and this fraud of an office manager will not do anything about it. When my wife explained to her what happened, the office manager told her that she believes the nurse and not my wife, and then hung up on my wife. DO NOT go to this doctor's office. They are frauds.

I would recommend this group to anyone! Dr. Bobby Brown is my primary doctor and he is very knowledge, professional and makes you feel like you are his only patient for the day! Professionally speaking, I have had a complete hysterectomy and most recently 6 weeks ago the TVT sling for the bladder procedure. Best thing I ever did! Easy out patient procedure, recovery time is brief as well. Dr. Brown called me at home that evening to check on me! From the front desk to the examine room - great experience!

I went for my annual checkup and I need a ultrassom . It was not possible to do this as I had too much pai.n that day . So the nurse told me to come again in 10 days what I did . Well the second visit she did the ultrassom and told me to take some medicine as I was constipated and Dr Mc Cool never talk to me that day .. even so I received 2 bills for the doctor appointment and 2 bills for the ultrassom even if I had to come back because of they couldn’t t do it properly due pain ! I don t think it’s fair . They never told me they were going to charge me twice for the same service - it was my annual check up so..
