I always have a good experience here. The wait is relatively the same as any other doctor's office. Nurses and Dr. Herzog are helpful and polite.

This was my First and Last visit to this office. Appointment was scheduled for 9:30am. I arrived early as advised and completed the new patient paperwork. Was promptly taken back to an exam room a few minutes later. Once in there I waited close to 1 HOUR to be seen by the Doctor. After informing the staff that I needed to get back to work they were able to have the doctor see me shortly in which I was given an Extremely rushed exam. Doctor proceeded to lecture me saying that I should have scheduled an earlier appointment time if I needed to get back to work. I'm sorry, I didn't realize that if you have a 9:30 AM appointment with these people you're expected to take half the damn day off! I am sick and tired of my time not being respected by medical professionals. Late is RUDE!! I make every effort to adjust my schedule to arrive at the appointed time and the least these doctors could do is make the same effort. Learn to be respectful of other people's time.

I brought my father here several times a year. Elderly and a red head that worked in the yard. He was here in November. They never took his shirt off or his clothes. They only looked at his head , neck and ears. He died of a rare skin cancer diagnosed a month later by his internist in December. Merkel Cell Carcinoma. The tumor under his arm was the size of my palm. The doctor who performed the biopsy said it had been there a long time to be so large. If they would have at least taken off his shirt they would have seen this huge tumor. We would wait in the waiting room for more than an hour to be rushed through an exam. So sad. For serious skin care this is probably not the place.

This was my first time coming here and I didn't like it. I got to the back pretty quick but had to wait to be seen for over an hour. Dr. Herzog finally came in the room looked me over for about 5 mins and sent me on my way. In the process of looking for a new dermatologist.

My first visit was a great experience. Dr. Herzog and her staff were very helpful and friendly. I immediately told my friends about going to see her. Great staff and I did not wait longer than ten minutes.

I never actually got to see Dr. Herzog. I arrived well before the appointment, as instructed and filled in all the paperwork. I was taken to another waiting room and then shown into two different examination rooms. After waiting for an hour in the last one, I left. My suggestions, if you're going to go here, are to take a good book and to plan on wasting a lot of your day here

This was my first visit to this facility and I wish I was able to give them more stars, however, the receptionist in the "check out" area caused me to pause. I arrived for my appointment and was given a form to complete and was directed towards the check-out lobby. Upon completing the form, there was myself and two other individuals waiting for the receptionist to get off of the phone. She babbled away on the phone while we waited patiently for her to end the call. This lasted for about five minutes. The receptionist from the front lobby came to the check out lobby to inform her that there was a lady on the phone needing to speak with her and the check out receptionist replied, "She can wait, she is in collections." I was aghast and appalled by her lack of customer service and compassion and how she used the woman's situation to punish her, in a sense by making her wait a ridiculous amount of time to resolve her issue. If it had not been for the excellent customer service I received from Vickie (who did a fabulous job with my chemical peel), I would never reconsider revisiting this place. Vickie is literally THE only reason I will be returning. Too put this in simple terms, the receptionist was rude and just plain nasty. And what makes this even worse, she was no where to be found for quite some time after I completed my session with Vickie. I had to give Vickie my Groupon information. The receptionist is the first person you encounter and with an attitude equivalent to a garbage bin, it is safe to say that she may very well turn off many clients. She does not possess the basic capacity of implementing the most fundamental aspects of customer service and for that reason, I just had to write this review. With that being said, I would think it wise for the owner to have a stern conversation with this receptionist as she may very well leave a bad taste in the mouths of existing and future clients as I was totally and utterly disgusted by this receptionists' behavior.

This place is unbelievably horrible. I wish I could give it zero stars. After waiting about 45 minutes, I overheard another woman tell the receptionist that she apologizes but she’s been here almost an hour and she is going to need to reschedule. (She apologized?!). At that point, I went up and said I would need to cancel unless I was going to be seen soon (I certainly want going to reschedule). They seemed fairly annoyed for my query and assured me I’d be next. In about 5 min, I was called back, and then waited in the room with my paper cloth for another 10 minutes or so. I was in for a skin scan, and when Dr. Herzog finally came in, she was clearly in a rush, and gave me about a 72 second look over. I have a very large amount of dark freckles and moles, so there is no way she could look at everything in detail this fast. I couldn’t bite my tongue and said “that seemed like an awfully fast scan.” After she was visibly annoyed and with a slight eye roll, she looked again and then got her little loop thing out to look at a few in closer detail. This second look took maybe another 50 seconds. She clearly has zero interest in her patients. I also addressed the darker spots on my face and she totally dismissed me and just said it was from the sun hitting my face in the car (what??). I seriously thought about telling them I wasn’t paying for that service, but didn’t. Don’t go here. There are plenty of other locations in the area who are happy to see you and will give you the time of day. On a lighter note, I’ve followed up another appointment at Village Dermatology and had a wonderful experience. Oh, and they took a dark mole off to biopsy it - clearly Dr. Herzog was most def too bothered to do this. Surely hope it doesn’t come back as anything!

Dr. Herzog is a wonderful dermatologist! I have to go every six months for a skin cancer check and she checks thoroughly. I have had both Basal Cell and Squamous Cell removed, both caught early thanks to Dr. Herzog. She is also an artist when it comes to fillers and making wrinkles disappear!

I have an extremely rare condition that was very difficult to diagnose. Dr. Herzog was persistent and eventually was able to find the correct diagnosis. They don't come any better than Dr. Herzog. I couldn't ask for a better Dr. or nursing staff.
