Dr Parnell & her staff were freaking awesome. Very pleasant & she allowed me to explain what was going on & my expectations. Well the office exceeded my expectations. I was in & out in an hour as a new patient. Can't go wrong with Dr. Parnell at Bay Area Physicians.

The LONGEST wait time I have ever seen for an OB appointment. After sitting for one hour and ten minutes I went to the front desk where the receptionist were and asked about the wait time. She then called to the back and informed me it would be at least another thirty minutes. That the wait time was typical. That does not even include the wait time for the back or exam room. I left. My advice would be to prepare to wait your ENTIRE day, pack a lunch, bring water, 12 books, a charger for your phone, if you choose to come here.

She is the worst Obgyn EVER she place an IUD in my arm & lost my medical records so it was extremely hard to get the IUD removed with no medical records on top of having serious issues. No one at the office returns calls, I had to go numerous of times to the office just to get the same run around that was already giving me. DON’T GO TO THIS OBGYN OFFICE!!!

I really like Dr. H. Roger's, but the wait time is ridiculous. 90 minutes. Only at a women's clinic. Men would never stand for it. I'm looking change because I don't have that kind of time to waste. There's no excuse for the extremely long wait. She's the only doctor I have to wait so long to see, and apparently the other doctors here are the same.

I waited 15 mins on hold for no one to come back to the phone. Called again and waited 10 more mins for no one to even answer. I just wanted to make an appointment. Decided to call another office, they answered right away and scheduled me in a matter of a few mins.

Long waiting. They never answer the phone. And I have a bill with test I didn't know were being ran.... it's been almost a year and this bill is still active. The same test was ran several times.. the billing person said she was taking care of it... but here we are, one year later.
