He was rude and touched my stuff without even asking the first time I went in for a biopsy. When I came back two weeks later to get my stitches removed, he pointed out my little bit of acne and said "you're so young and pretty, but how do you think you'll ever find a man and get married." I told him I didn't need or want anything for it, my skin is usually clear as long as I wash my face regularly. Then he ran out of the room and gave me stuff anyways that only dries my skin out and hasn't helped my "marriage breaking" acne.

Never went back. Asked him to freeze a tiny spot on my hand and he froze it so unnecessarily long it left a scar and the pain was mindnumbing. He didn't introduce himself, didn't look us in the eye and had no personality. He acted like we had taken up his valuable time. And my husband and I are very personable. It was weirdly uncomfortable. His bedside manner is absolutely lacking and the worst I have ever encountered in my entire life and I am 65.

One of the worst Doctors I have ever been to. Burned places on my legs to deep.I got infecton. Now being treated by my Doctor for infection. Took no time with me rushed in and out as quickly as possible speeding as quickly as possible to next patient! Spent about five minutes with me and rushed out!! I will never go to this Dr. Again and I will not recommend him to anyone!!!

When I arrived, I signed in, filled out the paperwork, and waited to be called. There were quite a few people in the office, but I didn't have to wait very long. Dr. Baum provided very great service. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen. He was friendly, nice to my children, and had an overall a positive attitude. He made me feel at ease and the procedure was mostly pain free. (The numbing shot stings for like a split second.) I was worried after reading the other reviews, but I am so glad I chose this doctor!

Miserable man. Brought a class in from GSCC, without even asking or letting me know, jerked my gown down, exposing my breast in a hospital room full of people, 2 shots, biopsy, I screamed he told my husband "no way she felt that, left, came back 2 days later threw 2 sheets of paper on the end of the bed, said "you have Stills disease" and walked out! BTW I do not have Stills disease I have a severe iron deficiency!
