I have just recently switched to Sweetwater Dental and I have to say that I am really satisfied with the service provided. Dr.Taylor is very knowledgeable and explained the procedure clearly and answerd all of my questions. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Also a big plus for me was that i got to see a 3D image of my teeth and jaw which I had never seen before at any other dentist office.

I didn't expect Rock Springs to have the best dentist I've ever been to, but it does! Dr. Taylor is incredibly affable, and the rest of his office staff that I've worked with, from receptionists to hygienists, are just as caring and friendly. Not only do they do an excellent job, but they really get to know you so that they can work with you to make sure that your dental needs are truly taken care of. The personalized attention is very rare. As an example of that focused care, I once needed to get put on a cancellation list for an appointment that I needed sooner rather than later. One of the offices I called said, "No room," and hung up—that was it. Not even a goodbye. All the others were mostly polite, but it was a rushed experience talking to them about what I was needed, and mostly negative. Sweetwater Dental, though, asked to hear everything I had to say, discussed it with the Dr., and got me in 18 hours later—and they didn't act like it was a burden, but a pleasure. That's awesome service By the way, Dr. Taylor used to be in the military, so if you have a military background, you'll enjoy talking to him even more.

I have just walked out from one of the most pleasant dentist office experiences ever. We have been traveling from Oregon heading East through Wyoming when one of my crowns let go. Sweetwater Dental responded to my emergency with immediate attention and the utmost professionalism. Dr. Taylor is a compassionate and skilled dental practitioner who made room in his schedule for me and informatively explained my need for a replacement crown. His office is thoroughly equipped with the most modern, high-tech equipment including the CEREC machine which manufactured a new crown for me in 2 hours! This crown fits perfectly. Needless to say, I wish I could give a sixth star for Dr. Taylor. Add on a seventh star for his entire staff who are known as the "Friendliest in Wyoming".

From the helpful receptionist, courteous hygienist and the knowledgeable Doctor and assistances you will receive all around good care. They have the ability to make crowns in their office which saves the time of having to have a temporary and wait for the permanent one to be made elsewhere. All around helpful friendly staff.

State of the art technology made getting my front crown replaced convenient. I was in and out in one day. I can’t believe how well they matched it to my already existing crown. The staff was so friendly and kind. Dr. Taylor’s communication and skills are unmatched. The office itself is beautiful and peaceful.

The office staff was friendly and professional. The hygienist was great, she was sympathetic to my pain and helpful. When the doc came in he was more interested in telling me about the new technology that would be available next week than a addressing the problem that I came in for. After I insisted that I had pain he examned me again and performed further tests. He said that I had a cracked tooth that needs to be crowned. Which sounds like a great treament plan. During the second exam ,(that I had to ask for) the hygienist needed to leave the room to get more supplies, apparently she took to long. When she returned the doc was very unprofessional in the way that he spoke to her about the other office staff. When I got home I recived a text message from the doc asking me about why I only rated HIM with one star. I also think that is unprofessional. I do feel like he is very knowledgeable. The people skills just are not there.

i usually dont write reviews but i needed to for this group. I was in the middle of a 3000 mile road trip and in an immense amout of pain. I called Sweetwater Dental and told them my situation, they were very polite over the phone and made room in their schedule right when we were coming through town. They were nothing short of perfect. When I arrived they got me right in, and went right to work. I had zero pain during the exam or the procedure. This is a TOP NOTCH group!!! I cant thank them enough for the excellent treatment received. I will be scheduling future appointments around my travel plans. If you have the opportunity, let them be your dental service provider. You will not regret it!!!

My wife and were traveling and spending a couple of days in Rock Springs to visit the gorge. A tooth was causing a great amount of discomfort. I called Sweetwater Dental. They said they could fit me in their schedule. Dr. Taylor performed a root canal that afternoon. There was very little pain or discomfort after the procedure. My wife and I were able to enjoy our time in Rock Springs and see the gorge. The staff was helpful and professional. Dr. Taylor took time from his schedule to call me and see if everything was ok!
